The customer service staff is TOO RUDE, AND LESS RUDE, the conversation is really rude, it's like a perli in Thai..not recommended, really disappointed..the room is dirty, and if you want to order extra towels, you can't, ready to charge an extra 600 BATH but they don't give you anything except towels..really dissatisfied...not because of the money or anything..just the way they talk that way that's rude...?????🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

The room is spacious, the aircond is chilly and it’s very comfortable overall. Definitely worth the stay, the breakfast is not bad too.

Comfortable room, but rather small. Sheets on both beds were dirty with stains. Not very friendly service. Rather far from town.

Good. Lots of food, nice rooms, and reasonable prices. It's in the city center, which is great for Hat Yai. The room was spacious too.

Not far from PSU (Prince of Songkhla University) / spacious rooms, fast elevators / has a swimming pool / convenient parking.

The decor and room aesthetic were nice, with an industrial concrete and stone style. The room felt a bit musty and dusty, and it was quite dim.

The hallway to the room was a bit dark. Overall, it was pretty good.

The cleanliness absolutely deserves five stars; it was truly spotless. The service was also great, with staff helping me with my luggage. There were plenty of parking spaces, and a security guard was on duty. The breakfast was a simple yet delicious buffet, with mild flavors. The only minor point is that the lighting was quite dim; I hope they could change the lights to attract more Malaysian customers.

The location is a bit out of the way, but it's fine if you're driving. There's nothing to eat around here. The massage parlor closes at 10 PM. But it was actually quite comfortable.
