I was in May Flower Hotel on 9th April until 15th April for the Songkran Festival. The hotel offered excellence services. The check in process was smooth and fast. Although we are clearly early on 9th April at 11am, the lady at the counter gladly assisted us and processcthe check in swiftly. The bell boy also assisted to carry 1 heavy hand luggage from the public walkway to the hotel lobby. That was very thoughtful and gracious act. Thank you. The room amd the toilet are clean. Essential toiletries are provided.

Strategically located in the heart of town and convenience of shopping at the market, roadside stalls and shopping outlets nearby with good foot massage within the vicinity.

The front desk staff provided terrible service. The hotel charged a key card deposit, which wasn't mentioned in the booking confirmation. When I asked the staff about it, their explanation and communication were awful, whether it was day or night. Only the bellboy was polite, helpful, and had a cheerful demeanor.

We have a great stay. The staff are very helpful and considerate. The hotel is nearby Lee Garden. Will definitely stay there again.

Check in process was quite easy. New room. New bed. Have bathub too. Room was spacious and clean. Location was in the middle and everything walking distance. Will stay again next time. Plus point can request smoking room.

We always stay at this hotel becos of the central location. But due to the flood in the recent months before, alot of shops were closed for renovation.

Everything was just okay, not too much, not too little

However, there are tiny ants in the toilet sink and long table. Any sweet things left over and you will find the ants crawling around
