Amazing hostel! Stayed two times. Unfortunately on second time crazy floods happened in Hat Yai but owners made me and other guest survive. They cooked nice food. The cat is very cute and friendly.

The hostel was cynical superficial to humiliate or is a typical tourist trap to reciprocate hatred received.
Despite payment and consuming beverages at the hostel with probable intent to stay a night after phone conversations: I received further accusations of anything and everything against me such as using the toilet, electricity and more while less than a hour after purchase of beverages.
Bank card was abnormal and could only make transactions and not cash withdrawal. Payment could be resolved.

The people running the hostel are super friendly and helpful. They make different sweets for breakfast every morning! The location is good, depending on what you're looking for - it's near malls and all the bars and clubs for foreigners. The bathrooms have hot showers and the rooms have fans. The mattresses are a little thin, but not hard, and otherwise the beds are great

My first time do solo traveling i choose hatyai because near from malaysia.
Btw im from indonesia.
The owner was so nice and friendly she will tell you wich place to go and to roam.thanks you .hopefully theres have second trip.have free breakfast all i choose the tradisional thai dishes .

You'll get more for the price you pay for this hostel. Perfect for travellers who are on low budget clean bathroom, clean room and clean mattress. No complains at all. The owner was really genuine, helpful and friendly. She guided me to go to local night markets where the food is great for the price you pay. Also you'll get a warm welcome from a cute fat cat (if you love cats).

Booked this hostel at the end of September and when I got there it was closed. I asked a local to help me call the number on the door and they answered and arrived around 45 minutes later. They said they could open the hostel for me but it looked like it had been closed for a while and the wifi was not working. I give this place 1 star because the lady did help me find a new hostel for the night and told me I could get a refund via Agoda but now, Agoda had tried multiple times to contact them to proceed with my refund and they don't answer, so I lost my money. DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE, IT IS BASICALLY CLOSED DOWN.

I've spent there a month or so - excellent and clean place with really nice owners. Perfect location.

+ Nice, clean, 5 minutes walk from the train station. There is a place for doing your laundry and a place for drying. Free drinking water and instant coffee. Strong AC in the dorm room. Helpful staff, they allowed me an early check-in!
- Just to nitice: there is no heater in the shower, but it is never a problem in Hat Yai ;)) And there is no kitchen where you can cook, but they have a restaurant on place.
