Hotel abit old and the mattress is damaged for my room spring protruding out injure my leg.

The location is very strategic. The room a bit old but is clean. Unfortunately, a big hotel doesn't have a hairdryer. I tried to ask the reception and also don't have. The sound proves also not so good.

Wonderful location. Cleanliness a bit out. Got small cockroaches and lacking of amenities. Staff helpful as usual.

It’s an old hotel in a great location in the city centre. Needs some refurbishments especially the bathroom door which is frailing.
Found hair in the bath and plastic wrapper under the bedside table, showing the lack of attention to details in the housekeeping department.
Debris in the lift, cigarette but on the floor in the corridor on the fifth floor.
No soap in the men’s toilet by réception as the soap dispenser was broken.
Will I stay here again? Only if there’s improvement on the cleanliness is improved.

The location of this hotel is really lively, and there are many choices for shopping and massage. It's just that the hotel facilities are old. Although the bathroom is new, I think the toilet should be renovated a little bit, because it is inconvenient for the elderly to stand in the bathtub to take a shower.

I have no other complaints except for the hot water shower temperature feels lukewarm throughout my 5 nights. I have asked for a fix but it turns out to be the pre-setting of centralized water heating system so nothing could be done.

This hotel held my passport during my stay. I offered for different deposit e.g. Money/ card, the declined and mentioned it was “Immigration requirement”. Hotel quite old but bedsheet was clean. Parking super limited and based on first come first serve basis. Very near to lee garden night market
