I rate this place overall, in terms of cleanliness, comfort, service, satisfaction, very high. The best, 3 star hotel in Hat Yai that I have stayed in. It's walking distance to ODEAN, where the ladyboy cabaret show is at. Street Food area night market, Macdonald's, Starbucks, is at.

By car, about 5 minutes to Central HatYai Shopping Mall and the HatYai bus terminal. If you use InDrive (ID) online private taxi service, (like Uber, Grab) it will cost you around baht 60 to get there. I am making this review because I truly believe this hotel should be recommended more.

This is my second time staying in this hotel. The previous was before the big flood.. Satisfied with the rooms, staff, and their food.. Only one thing that the management need to serious take into consideration is
PLEASE VACUMN THE ROOM CARPET
I dun see the VACUMN machine when your staff doing house keeping.. The room is very dusty.. Plse do something on it.. Hope my next visit, can see improvement in this.

I stayed there for Chinese New Year this year, and the location was really good. There were two 7-11s nearby and a few nice and famous Chinese noodle restaurants.

I booked 2 nights via AGODA ( FRI-＞ SUN ). I found out that my flight was late night(SUN) and enquired about room extension during check-In. Front desk staff ( named X ) attended to me and said I needed to book additional night. There was a promotional price if book then . I took her offer. However, on Sunday afternoon, staff called me and said my room rate was a mistake and I needed to pay the difference, I went downstairs to front desk to check. The lady manager stated her staff wrongly stated the price and I need to pay the difference. I questioned her whether she checked staff X and why took so long to discover such mistake? I could not change hotel now .A heated argument ensues and manager finally accepted defeat after I mentioned that this is like cheating the guest. When staff X reported to work later , she called me up and questioned me why I am so rude to her manager and why I could not pay the diffference. I told her this is business principle, the mistake was from hotel and it took them last minute to discover why I need to pay for their mistake? Staff X said " normal guest " would just pay up and she is upset I am not that normal . I hunged up the phone.

The room is simple and moderate. There are a few hairs in the bathroom.

Location is very good. Staff was really friendly. Cleaness is satisfied. Staying with my family (with 3 kids) was really convinient. Parking also very easy. Overall is a good experience.

The condition of the hotel is ok. We had a room with one queen bed, tv, bath tub and shower. However there is no iron provided by the hotel. You can bring your own iron or send your clothes to the laundry services for ironing.
