I booked this hotel for 2 rooms for family stay during loy krathon festivals. We booked few months in advance but just 2 days before staying day, hotel cancelled my booking due to over booking. Rooms were booked and paid already but due to hotel mistake, my booking was cancelled and I needed to find another hotel for last minutes. Of course during loy krathong festival, price increased and only few hotels left for booking.... I cannot refuse for cancellations even I asked booking agent, and now I need to find new place to stay. If you book this hotel for peak season, I don't recommend to book here as per this issue. They don't care for customer.

The house is good enough for relaxing in the area. But it’s a little noisy when somebody talk in your neighbors. I like the small hot springs tank in the sauna house.

Aen guy Sukhothai - This boutique hostel is the best quiet and chill well located hotel you need to rest after exploring the hot temples of this beautiful an authentic city. One of the best hostel breakfast I have ever had, great fully equiped gym and swimming pool. AC Rooms and nice bathrooms.

The location is excellent, right in the heart of the city, making it convenient to find food. The swimming pool is good, with a children's pool that my kids enjoyed a lot. It's a shame we didn't have time to use the onsen.
The breakfast was good, but I have to deduct points for the rice porridge not being very hot and the side dishes being too spicy for children. Something that needs improvement is the floor in the room and bathroom, which is very slippery when wet.

It’s a little bit out of the city and around 10 km away from the park but it was worth it. Very good service, very cozy place and a fantastic pool. You can walk to a night market and take an easy ride to the Sukhothai Historical Park for 100baht or less, so actually location is good! 😊

This is a hotel with no problems for staying.
There is a hot spring ♨️, the rooms are clean, the breakfast is decent, there is a pool, and it is within walking distance, but convenience stores etc. are far away, so it is recommended to use a car.

i stayed here twice;
very nice place; for the recent prices and what i paid it is a bargain;
worth double that;
nice pool, excellent coffee shop, good staff, ok parking, english ok, great room; huge bed; good location;
be advised the entrance is a bit hidden and it is across from a large school so that can congest traffic on student dop-off and pick-up hours;
as to some of the other posters' negative comments, it is understandable, But they fell into the same trap as i did on my first visit;
we all seemingly went to the 'back office' to check-in; that guy is a bit confused and little english;
the real check-in is in the front office;
the resort is long length-wise street to back;
recommended; i will stay here everytime henceforward
