We very much enjoyed our 4-night stay. Doi was most helpful and kind and speaks good English. She arranged a reasonably-priced scooter rental for us, very helpful as there are no scooter rentals in the old Sukhothai town. They have high quality filtered water on site, a game changer for the environmentally-minded compared to plastic water bottles. Thank you!

We had a wonderful five days staying at the Deluxe Bungalow with a private view of a small lake, fields, far off hills, lovely sunsets and the chirping birds especially at sunset. The Happiness Resort was very lovely. The host, Dee, was welcoming and kind. She arranged a 2am ride for us to Phitsanulok and the driver was great and super reliable! Her cooking is lovely as well. The space is beautiful with many flowers and it is very tranquil.

Very close to the historical part of Sukhothai. You can rent a bike with them for 80 baht and explore that way. Truly enjoyed my stay there!

The cottages were clean, the property is extremely peaceful and the host is super nice and available. You can rent bicycles (80BHT/day) to visit the old city that is 15 min away

Cheap standard hotel, 350 THB. Noisy from the street in the day time but quite at night. Sawankhalok is a quiet city

Great hotel if you need a place to sleep, air con works, and free wifi all for a few hundred bhat per night, can't fault it, the food is your typical great Thai food, and its very good value. Lovely staff, stayed there about 20 nights between July and September last year using it a base to Travel around whilst waiting for the family house to be completed. The house is good enough for relaxing in the area. But it’s a little noisy when somebody talk in your neighbors. I like the small hot springs tank in the sauna house.

The rooms are comfortable and transportation is convenient.

The location is excellent, right in the heart of the city, making it convenient to find food. The swimming pool is good, with a children's pool that my kids enjoyed a lot. It's a shame we didn't have time to use the onsen. The breakfast was good, but I have to deduct points for the rice porridge not being very hot and the side dishes being too spicy for children. It’s a little bit out of the city and around 10 km away from the park but it was worth it. Very good service, very cozy place and a fantastic pool. You can walk to a night market and take an easy ride to the Sukhothai Historical Park for 100baht or less, so actually location is good! 😊

This is a hotel with no problems for staying. There is a hot spring ♨️, the rooms are clean, the breakfast is decent, there is a pool, and it is within walking distance, but convenience stores etc. are far away, so it is recommended to use a car.

A very nice guesthouse in the center of Sukhothai. Beautiful, well-appointed room with all amenities, comfortable bedding, and a pleasant terrace. The complex and rooms are very clean, and there's a restaurant on site. Numerous shops and a night market are within walking distance.

A very nice little resort 10 km from the historic temple, for the price we can't say anything, in the center of the city, we have coffee on site in the morning, very nice and well-equipped small houses, parking spaces

Since we were traveling by rental car, the on-site parking was appreciated, and the relatively large parking lot meant we had no trouble parking. The Sukhothai Historical Park is about a 15-minute drive away, and there are numerous restaurants around the hotel, so you'll have no trouble finding a place to eat. There are also food stalls for budget-friendly options, and a convenience store and ATM...

The building was very clean and well-maintained. The staff were also very friendly. Unfortunately, the nearby river flooded, and we had to walk through puddles to get to restaurants and convenience stores. This only happens once or twice a year, which was a bit unlucky.

The hotel is located in the center of Sukhothai New City. It is clean and hygienic, and the breakfast service is of a very high quality. Laundry is also available. On my last day, they even helped me get to the airport. Thank you!

The location and environment of this hotel are okay, but the facilities are a bit old and the boss is also renovating some rooms. Breakfast was also good. But since it was a garden hotel, there were unknown animals running around outside the house throughout the night, even fighting and biting. It was so noisy that I couldn't sleep all night! It is located at the entrance to the old town. The hotel has a nice, well-maintained garden. The designer probably paid great attention to it a few decades ago. It seems like it was made. A meal with natural honey is just the thing. This room is great for quiet travelers and the whole family with kids.

Overall it's okay, but sometimes there are small animals playing on the roof which affects your sleep😪

The owners are an elderly couple who are very kind. The hotel itself is basic, but the environment is lovely, like a small garden. It would be a nice place to stay for a few days. 😌

The water heater doesn't work at all, and the weather there is quite cold. I recommend having a chair in the room. There's only a table for putting things on. But I slept comfortably and comfortably.

A rather tired bungalow. Ideal for the less demanding traveler. The pool was drained during our stay, so we couldn't swim. It's close to the bus station, but part of the road is rocky and difficult to navigate with suitcases, so we had to take a tuk-tuk. On the plus side, there's a refrigerator, fan, and air conditioning. Some bungalows don't have air conditioning.

The property is lovely and has a family-run atmosphere. The rooms are large but basic. Unfortunately, the pool is no longer functional. This would be a real asset, as it would be a great place to relax after sightseeing. The location is excellent. The owner is very friendly and considerate.

Quiet except when the employee watches TV at full volume, i.e. 10 hours a day....

It’s good for price. I recommend to bring ear plugs as you can hear everything that’s going on outside.

The rooms are traditional wooden cabins with many antique artworks. They are very clean, but the soundproofing isn't great. However, the guests are very quiet. It's close to a historical park, and the host provides free bicycle service.

Pleasant stay at an old style wooden house, with a kind owner who will try to accommodate you. If you’re sensitive with the slightest sound then this is not suitable for you. It was a family-run, homey guesthouse with a kind owner and children. It was close to the historical park and they provided free bicycle rentals, making it very easy to get around. I really enjoyed my stay. The room was clean, we had a Japanese style room, if you can call it that: mattresses on the floor, a clothes rack, a table. Windows without glass, with doors, this is an interesting detail. The common areas are very clean. Breakfast is good on the veranda. The hostess and the children who live in the house are very nice people.
