We stayed a few nights here in the month of February. The hotel is reasonably priced and very clean. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel has an industrial vibe mixed with a quirky monkey theme. The location is close to shops and restaurants and within walking distance to ATM’s and 7/11. Breakfast was great and included both Thai and western options. The fresh juices and espresso machine complemented everything. Our bed was harder than most we had experienced in Thailand, however we both slept well.

Had a wonderful stay here! Only stayed one night but it was lovely! The beds are super comfy, the showers have wonderful pressure and temperature and the breakfast is delicious!! It is in a great location as it is only a 4 min drive to the market street (about 15min walk) which is something I would definitely recommend doing if you’re staying here! Will be coming again in a couple of weeks for a longer stay this time!!

Great value for money, beds are very large and firm but you don't get back problems, it's clean, hairdryer and wash lotion are provided in the room, air conditioning works, there are free bananas and cookies on the ground floor as well as a few gardeners from Karaffe, bicycles can be borrowed free of charge, we booked breakfast in the morning, which is available for 150 per person. - The staff are very friendly. We booked a day trip through reception to Chiao Lan Lake, Khao Na Nai Luang Dharma Park, Headwater Forest, and Ban Nam Rad. Highly recommended.
Disadvantages: relatively noisy from the hallway. We arrived two hours before check-in, but unfortunately you can only check in at 2:00 p.m. on the dot. A little more flexibility would have been great, especially after a 20-hour journey.

Stayed one night in this lovely hotel. Great industrial and quirky design with monkeys everywhere. Rooms are comfortable with good beds. Great buffet breakfast for 150 baht. My only complaint was the sounds from the other rooms in the corridors as the walls are very thin. But I’m a light sleeper. Recommended for a stay in Surat Thani.

I stayed here for one night and overall, everything was quite okay. The room was clean, the location was convenient, and the hotel also offered bicycle rentals, which was great. However, I think the service could be improved.
When I arrived, the front desk staff didn’t seem very attentive. There was no proper greeting and no information provided about the hotel’s facilities or services. On the checkout day, I went down for breakfast. The restaurant staff greeted me politely, but no one paid much attention to the food stations. Several items ran out, and guests had to inform the staff before anything was refilled.
If you ask whether I would stay again, I might consider other hotels in a similar price range that offer friendlier and more attentive service. I prefer staying at a place where the staff treat guests with warmth and hospitality.

We had two separate rooms at this location as shown on the picture, everything was how it should be. Very neet for this price, friendly staff and clean, well done.

I came here before my flight out to Chiang Mai, thinking it would be a basic stopover hotel. But it went above and beyond my expectations. The staff are warm and friendly, however they don’t speak English very well, it was difficult asking them for directions. The area is perfect, you can walk to 7/11 or surrounding cafés ☕️✨ There’s a parking area outside, a lift to help you up with your luggage and the ROOMS ARE SO CLEAN! I am a clean freak so I usually dread hotels, the bathroom was so clean, so much time and care was taken in ensuring my room was comfortable. The beds are so comfortable too. I would book the top floor as the upstairs guests walking around can be quite noisy. The breakfast was great and the co-working space is excellent. I cannot recommend this hotel enough, honestly look no further.

Really clean rooms. Huge bed and really comfy for Thailand, was actually padded and soft. Good location, we stopped over for one night before heading to Khao Sok. Check out Lucky restaurant for dinner.

Nice and modern finished rooms with comfy beds. Great coffee shop with delicious cakes next door (cash only)
Location is ok but Surat Thani city doesn't offer much to utilize a spare time. Getting to the city centre from airport is about 400 bht using Grab (Uber) service.
Breakfast included in the price bottled water in the room.

A great hostel! We visited as a family and thought it was fabulous! Staff were amazing, friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and spacious, beds and pillows were super comfy! The bathrooms were also clean and serviced. There is snacks and hot/cold drinks to help yourself and a good free breakfast!
There are a few great cafes nearby and one down the back alley. Good boat noodles across the road and the onsite cafe did great coffee and cake.
