Bunjongburi in Surat Thani City

We had a big room for one night at BT 2900. While the hotel looks impressive from the outside ..the inside was something else: the room was more like a hospital room - no decorative elements, all bare sterile/clinical. There was no hot water, what's the use of having a bath tub when they can't even provide hot water. The desk is at standard height but the chair for it is so low, one cannot even sit there to make use of the desk; moreover there is NO ELECTRIC outlet at the desk, the one and only electric socket in 'living room' is near the sofa. Bedroom: only one bedside light was working; there is ONLY ONE electric socket next to the bed. The pantry/dressing table - no electric socket. Seems to me , whoever designed the room / commissioned it - never had to suffer his own creation / stayed there.
