Great location in Surat Thani. The river is a hop away and a nice park, bus station to Phuket is quite close, etc. We had a great room at a very nominal price. The staff was cordial. Most of the guests are Thai, hence the breakfast is very ethnic. I was one of two foreigners there on that day!.

Pictures slightly catfish but it’s okay. Room smelt of cigs but the price is cheap for what it is so can’t complain. Very helpful and friendly staff.

The hotel's position is good and rooms are very cheap but staff is unfriendly and unhelpful (we needed to get to a hospital and they seemed annoyed about calling us a taxi). Rooms decor is extremely old and worn out, apparently unchanged since the 1960's, and overall dirty and unpleasant.
