The room was big and clean.
I liked the wide bed.
I caught a cold at another hotel because the air conditioner was so cold.
The air conditioner here is reasonably cool, perhaps because the room is large.
I rested comfortably for the first time in a long time while traveling.
An open forest visible beyond the window.
It made me feel calm and grounded.

Very good place to stay. Will use again when in ubon

Appalling breakfast.
The hotel is already tired and it is only 2 years old!
The included breakfast is worth zero; the first day the breakfast was stone cold!
I stayed at The Rich nearly 2 years ago and it has aince had a significant downgrade. It has certainly lost its mojo and many guests too!
I would not stay here again and there are many better options for very little extra cost and substantially better breakfast.

Good location with clean service and clear room. Most of all, there is a small gym as hotel facility.

Large & clean room with budget price. Good place to stay either business or family trip

The best long sleep and excellent staff. No Buffet breakfast but have 2 choice of breakfast for select A.B.F or famous local noodles in soup, or you can order both of that also they have oranges juices, water, coffee corner serving with soft moise bread service no limit. The price is resonable for me.
