Staff tried to help me, but they said it was up to the owner. They helped me to try and revise booking through trip.com.
I did all this, and it was rejected later that day.
Once again, the staff were amazing, can't say the same about the owner.
Spacious room, good wifi, minifridge and cupboard for clothes. Bathroom conveniently separated. Well equiped unit for a couple of days in a comercial area, hotel nearby to the main park Thung Sri Mueang and the airport.
The good. Room is spacious and very clean. The AC was quiet and worked very well. The shower had good water pressure and produced plenty of hot water. Location, near just about everywhere you would want to go. Shopping, restaurants and sightseeing. For the good I give two stars otherwise I would have given one star.
