Close to the bus station and a small lake. There is a small night market nearby too. The room was very nice and clean but the balcony was disgusting and full of bird poo. Unfortunate. Beautiful smoking area with a fish pond outside.

The bed is fine, the bed sheets are clean , the air conditioner is quite old but works well, what bothered me upon entering the room was a tiny smell of mold. (Some spray and Leaving the window open at daytime should help the issue.)

Stayed here recently in this hotel for one night before I returned to Bangkok. It is situated approx 20 mins walk north of central bus station. 7/11 & a few restaurants nearby as well as a night food market. The hotel is situated by a small lake., in nice grounds Very quiet place to stay .

Room was a nice size , but slightly dated decor , bed very comfortable, plenty of storage space , large fridge / freezer , small balcony & area to wash / dry clothes. Shower was ok too.

No kettle in room but they do have coffee available on the terrace outside .

No lift but is only 3 levels in total. Staff friendly, shall visit again .

The room is dirty, there are ants and cockroaches. There is only one employee doing every job.

Everything is good. The boss is very enthusiastic and introduced the content of the Candle Festival to us. It is just a little far from the central area, but it is also very quiet.

The accommodation is very good. We reserved a 2nd floor condo room. We reserved 2 rooms and got a price of 770 baht. The view is very good, beautiful, like a pool villa.

I stayed here previously but didn’t sleep all night because the air conditioner was very very loud. Foolishly I returned but requested a different room thinking that had just been unlucky. The room I was given also had a very noisy a/c so I asked to change rooms, the next room also had a very noisy air conditioner. I was informed that all the air conditioners are very noisy in every room.
I discussed this with the owner informing her that I would not be staying but she refused to refund any money at all, keeping all 500baht.
There are far better hotels in the area, personally I recommend not staying in this hotel.

Polite staff, good room, wide parking space. Near restaurants, there is a swimming pool, suitable for exercising.

Very very Big room and comfortable twin beds. Good lake view and clean air. Enough parking space. I’ll stay here again next trip.
