The room had an old room smell for some reason. We requested for some special gift for our special occasion of the delivering how soon to be born baby, but we didn’t get anything. Overall, their location is perfect. Just the issue with the room and lack of service for a four star hotel.

We came as family and booked our rooms (2 rooms with king bed) through trip.com. The hotel is quite relatively new and clean. However the service needs some improvements. When we got to the hotel, we asked if we could have our rooms near by each other as we travelled with small kids. The front desk told us that they are full and only have twin bed room which is connecting to the one bed room. However...

Wide room and comfy bed- but there are few sockets in the room and missing some facilities in the rooms.

The room is clean, beautiful, close to amenities, suitable for relaxation.

The room is overall good, fairly clean. The hotel looks new. It's a short stay at this price. There are receptionists all the time. Disadvantages: The room is not soundproof. There is noise in the room. There is no work chair. There is a refrigerator, air conditioner, hot water, shampoo, soap, but no hair dryer.

My room was totally renovated. The washroom was very impressive. Best hot water shower I ever had in Thailand. Lobby and hallways dated but the room was a good surprise. Stayed here with my girlfriend when we used Udon Thani as base for exploring the province. Good and central location with walking distance to restaurants, bars and night market. The roof top pool was a highlight to relax in with great views over Udon Thani

The hotel is in a great location, close to many bars and restaurants. The room was acceptable though a bit outdated. However, the bathroom could have been cleaner. Breakfast was decent, and I especially liked the orange juice—it was quite sweet and enjoyable.

Second time I have stayed here and will stay again when in the area. Rooms are spacious and clean and the staff are friendly and helpful if needed. Location is perfect for the nightlife and restaurants and the Central Mall and night markets for all your shopping. Highly recommend

Great location but a poolside room is essential unless you want to stay awake until the bars on the non pool side of the hotel shut - boom,boom, boom til 01:00-02:00 am. Apart from that a great hotel!

Right in the city center of Udon Thani, opposite a public park. There are plenty of restaurants around the park.

Hotel was ok, but the solution for the toilet was a bit odd. For the price I think that at least tea and coffe should be provided in the room. The pool is also rented out to a swimming school so it was mostly overcrowded.

One of the better Udon hotels we have stayed at especially breakfast - Asian breakfast where the food is still hot, not cold sitting in their respective serving dishes. Would recommend non entrance side room due to the bar music late into the night on that side.

The hotel is centrally located near restaurants, bars and shopping. Nice room with comfortable bed. Unfortunately there was some loud music, didn’t seem to be from the bars and noisy when other guests come home between 1:30 and 2:30am as the bars close.

Air conditioning was top notch. My wife couldn’t get the hot water to work and took a cold one. I played around with it long enough that I eventually got it to work. The bed was quite firm. But not too uncomfortable. There was a balcony shower/bath if you like bathing outside. It was pretty quiet. Worth $150 a night, ehhh. We booked it last minute.

Our favorite place to stay whenever we are in Udon. Free breakfast (menu changes daily), rooms are spacious and clean, quiet and plenty of parking. Convenient off the city ring road, with 7-11, coin laundry within less than 3mins driving distance.

Decent hotel which is reasonably priced. Located in centre of city and quite close to all major landmarks it Udon Thani. It has almost all allied facilities which include a swimming pool, restaurant, bar and also a massage spa on the ground floor. 7/11 convenience store is located just across the road. Lots of parking space also available.

This was the second time our family stayed at this hotel. This time we stayed for 5 nights in the family connecting rooms. We loved our rooms. Stayed many times but now it is slipping in cleaningness and it needs to renew its bedding and towels. Our towels, had on two days (of a 5 day stay) holes in them. The last bedding change also had a bed sheet with holes. Sad to see that things are slipping, because we liked comming to The Thanburi Hotel
