Easy to get to, located around the city, not crowded, quiet and peaceful, perfect for relaxation. The only downside is that the air conditioning can't be adjusted. Overall, 8/10.

This was the second time our family stayed at this hotel. This time we stayed for 5 nights in the family connecting rooms. We loved our rooms. The rooms were very clean and everything was perfect for the price paid. The staff were very friendly and kind, and always accessible for help. I highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel is very good, the rooms are clean, the atmosphere is very good, the lobby is good, everything is ok.

The room is very clean. There is a restaurant downstairs, very convenient and comfortable.

Stayed many times but now it is slipping in cleaningness and it needs to renew its bedding and towels. Our towels, had on two days (of a 5 day stay) holes in them. The last bedding change also had a bed sheet with holes. Sad to see that things are slipping, because we liked comming to The Thanburi Hotel

Using our GPS was a challenge however only because the route had us b"back tracking" otherwise the location is great. We enjoyed our room as well as the breakfast. All in all, we enjoyed our stay..

The hotel is in a good location, within walking distance of Central Udon. There are also some restaurants, bars and massage parlors nearby. The room is clean and spacious. Although the breakfast has few choices, it is quite satisfactory. The price includes breakfast, which is a very high CP value.

Booked for early morning departure from Udon Thani., When we arrive hotel reception after 1pm but we are ask to wait until 2pm., we expect some considerate so can plan our day , anyway it's looks rude when others getting check in earlier than us., rooms are ready but ask the guests to wait for nothing's , when we check out early there no account....this has to be changed...

The room condition was fair for the price – not new, but not old either. The fridge was incredibly loud, and the room had a musty smell. The shower also leaked.

Extended my stay at the Old Inn and Udon. Had no difficulty in extending. I had a great stay and would recommend the hotel to anyone visiting Udon Thani. The hotel in my opinion has no faults. Stayed at the connected room, the slide door to the balcony couldn't lock, makes you feel a little unsafe, the balcony looks dirty, the light in the hallway too dim. The connecting door seems broken, very hard to open.

Even though I had paid in advance through trip.com, the hotel still charged me for the accommodation. I don't know who was at fault, but the hotel's subsequent response was also not commendable.

The overall condition is not very good. The shower water is so hot that it scalds you and you can't adjust it. It's very hot. I called the maid to come and look but it didn't work. The coffee has to be brewed downstairs and there is none in the room.

Super clean and great value… the sunny rooms all have a small balcony and decent wi-fi. Close to a huge park where you can ride the bicycles provided by the hotel.

The receptionist was rude, didn't check the check-in documents, and only offered one room after booking two. They argued with the customer, saying they booked through the Trips app, then claimed they only had Agoda. What is this app anyway...?
