Big Resort was a ghost town. Staff are not proactive in their services. Yes they greet you but that's about it. Water from tap was brown on my first day. No tooth paste and brush. No room slippers. No robes.

We stayed here in early June, and I'm not sure if it's out-of-season or not, but the resort was rather empty, dull, and boring. The beach wasn't really 'private', only part of the sand area is private, the water was, however, open to the public from the nearby beaches. Apart from the beach which is ugly this season because of the wind, everything was perfect. The breakfast was great. The staff lovely. A large swimming pool just for us.

If u look for luxury tis aint for u.hotel is a bit old. But if u want relax close to nature private beach less ppl gym swim still affordable. I would recommend tis hotel. I walk to four seasons every morning during my stay.long walk on quiet beach.be patience when u in Tunisia.check in is a bit slow.but she’s a nice lady did found me a good room. I had a lovely stay.

Regarding the architecture and design of the hotel I find it magnificent... sublime staff. Cleanliness for a 5* hotel not at all up to par. I loved the garden and the swimming pool, the rooms etc. Only it lacks maintenance, they say they are going to close for a major renovation, in this case... this is where I will stay every time I am in Tunis.

Last time I was there I have really enjoyed the 3 days at this hotel. I wanted my mom and sister to also experience the same thing and try escaping the daily routine and fun peace in a place like this. They brought my cousin too! They all loved it 😍 The check in process takes time though, I wish it was more efficient. But overall, a great place to be.

Great place to stay in Mellieha

A very nice hotel complex with a pool and beach access. I was there for a sports competition, so I didn't have much opportunity to enjoy the various amenities. The only downside is that it's located in an area with only this type of complex. You have to completely leave the area to see anything else.
