Four Seasons Hotel

Apart from the beach which is ugly this season because of the wind, everything was perfect. The breakfast was great. The staff lovely. A large swimming pool just for us.

The service was outstanding. Four Seasons class, plus. Facilities also excellent. Big outdoor pool, and nice sized indoor pool, gym, and spa. Three places to eat at the hotel. Plus, private tours of Tunis offered at a reasonable price. Highly recommend.

Lovely hotel, easy to get to, though not all amenities were open early in the season. Beautiful indoor pool/fitness/spa area. Great four seasons service as usual.

The best hotel in Tunisia, the service is very thoughtful, recommended! My husband also got a surprise for his birthday.

The hotel is magnificent, they decorated the room for my husband's birthday. The restaurant was very good. Too bad the swimming pool and access to the hotel is closed

Great facilities with spacious rooms, very nice outdoor and indoor pools. The spa is very well managed with nice treatments menu, great gym and caring staff. The hotel has as well an on site kids club which is very convenient.
Really liked the in-room dining experience for day to day meals with a great selection of dishes and a fast service.
But also for a one-off treat with custom menu from the chef and fully decorated room for special occasions.
Special thanks to the Concierge and in-room experience teams who were lovely. We will definitely come back.
Service is a bit lacking and inconsistent sometimes especially at rush hour as the hotel was full. Check-in experience could be improved. The kids club could have more activities (sports or
crafts) supervised by the team.

We had an incredible long weekend here. The staff was professional, kind and attentive. It's a beautiful property that guarantees a relaxing stay. We will definitely be back!

First of all, the housekeeper seemed to knock on the wrong door when I arrived in the room, and then found a strange hair on the bathroom towel, the bathrobe was full of threads, the cocktails made in the pool were not good, far worse than the Radisson blu, it depends on the equipment, the technology needs to be improve. The restaurant on the top floor is too dim to read the menu. The restaurant by the pool is good, the food is good, w is just the girl in the lead who doesn't seem to know what she is doing and leads us to an unpacked table, but there are actually many empty tables. Furthermore, the hotel's logo is not very clear, and many guests are constantly looking for their own room. Breakfast was ok. Overall, if measured by the standards of the Four Seasons, this may be the most embarrassing Four Seasons hotel I have ever stayed in. By the way, the garden could be more careful.
