Hôtel résidence El Fatimi in Mahdia

Worst experience of my life. I prefer stay at my place than coming in this low quality hotel. Music till 3 am, No one can solve this problem. They just wanna take money and they don’t give you a good customer experience. I wish they close as soon as possible

don’t come here if your goal is to relax. Music is too loud and it plays ‘till 2/3 am in the morning making it impossible to sleep.
I know it’s summertime but this is too much. I came here to relax and enjoy the beach not to have insomnia and sleep problems everynight. Also the pool is very very dirty I would never go inside it. The only positive thing here is the beach.

A most horrible stay, This is NOT a hotel. It is a bar and dance club with "hotel" in the name.
It was extremely noisy until 3AM and they turned off the AC at 7AM in AUGUST!
They only offer beer in the evening. I asked for coffee and they did not have it!
If you want to swim during the day and drink and dance at night, it maybe an option for you, but otherwise it is unacceptable as a hotel.

Even for a budget hotel, this place is disappointing. The rooms are poorly equipped, lacking basic amenities like a TV, and there's a persistent moldy smell. The bathroom is outdated and in dire need of renovation.

The pool is small and poorly maintained, adding to the overall lackluster experience.

There’s no Wi-Fi, which is a significant inconvenience. On top of that, they play loud music near the rooms until 2 AM, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep.

As for breakfast, it's practically a joke—just a coffee and a small croissant. Frankly, it would have been better if they hadn't offered it at all.

The only positive aspect is the beach, which is clean with crystal-clear waters. If you're solely focused on enjoying the beach, this hotel might suffice. However, if you expect anything more, I recommend looking elsewhere.

They didn't give us the room we reserved, no see view. But they fixed it after that they saw our reservation.

Super loud music until 2:00 A. M. can't sleep.

Breakfast very very bad

Very close to the beach. Hotel is old and so are the rooms. Has a comunal area with a swimming pool and a TV with speakers. Quite busy in the evening. Main issue is the music. Tecno music until 2 am. Made it hard to fall asleep.
