Terrible experience, room wasn't ready at the the check-in time, rooms are not clean at all, old bedding and beds, during all my stay there’s no towels, no wifi, no phone in the room, no housekeeping during the day
Location - perfect for the beach but that’s about all that you can do as it is close to nothing else . It is a remote location and you have to take a private yellow taxi everywhere. The Bedouin village tour is not worth it because it is not ann authentic setting but built as a tourist stop - the camel ride is the only enjoyable experience albeit short .
If you speak ENGLISH - do not go to this hotel as it does not cater for you only French German and Arabic . The staff is the saving grace of this hotel because they keep it alive and entertaining . The lifeguards are great , the male waiters in the dining hall and the bar man at the poolside bar ! When we left we wanted our towel deposit back but the man at reception said the cashier is not here so what must I do ?? Very unhelpful !!!

Security zero recpect
First, there's no food selection (limited buffet).
Second, there's no Wi-Fi in the rooms.
Third, there's a persistent damp smell in the hallways and rooms.
The overall experience was disappointing.
The housekeeping service was good and the staff generally were very nice sweet and professional.
The menu however was repetitive but good in general and some dishes were very delicious. The price was ok we paid 200 dollars for 3 nights ALLIN.
We did not really enjoy the entertainment because we were either tired sleeping or working ( as I work remotely) or out discovering the city but the last day we stayed late the evening was nice and also during the day we spent it most of it by the pool it was also nice .
