The hotel was fine. Beach was lovely but you had to get there early to secure a spot. Staff was nice but they seemed to cater to the Italian guests.

We had a weeks stay at Khayam Garden in January, a week after the severe storms had hit the coast. The holiday itself was fantastic. We were given a warm welcome and a cocktail upon arrival, with an unsolicited room upgrade with a sea view, which was greatly appreciated. After reading the reviews I almost feel I stayed in a different older hotel. What I found was: - Room old and in need of maintenance - Plug in the bath would not release, kept turning the device and plug not coming up. Mould on ceiling. - Safe locked and not openable. - No kettle etc

Look everything is fine but room are very old, and very far from elevator, quality of food really wasnt satisfactory, remaining things are good.

It was an amazing experience! The hotel is beautiful, the staff are polite and friendly, and the welcoming atmosphere makes sure that both young and old can truly enjoy their time there. The animation team is the best I’ve seen in years — their sketches and dances are creative, well thought out, and performed with real dedication.

Great experience, we had a great time with the animators Hassen, Khalil, Iheb and all the other guys. Thank you for making our vacation memorable!

What an animation team, Yaseen, Bob, Haseen, Ali, Malek, Mario, Timo and the rest who I can't remember but what a wonderful welcoming team. Only Scottish in the place but didn't stop us getting a shout out each night as nations where called out.

The hotel is good. We spent 7 days there and we would come back next year. Food is good, we enjoyed eating there. Drinks are okay, but nothing special. It's written that the hotel is on the beach, but you walk like 3-4 min to the beach which is not clean. WiFi is terrible, and non existence, never connected during stay. If you need Internet for work then this not a good place. Good hotel and very close to the beach. It is a bit dated, but the staff are very nice. Smoking is allowed, but this permeates throughout the hotel. It is not very strong smell, but if you are not a smokers, you will notice it.

Thanks to Mr Hocem for the welcome, really very friendly and smiling, the animation team Mohamed and esslem for their kindness, and also the restaurant team at breakfast. Spacious room, the equipment leaves something to be desired but the rest makes up for it. Very well located, beautiful beach and city center 15 minutes walk.

Amazing staff all so friendly and welcoming couldn’t wish for better.The location is only minutes from the sea, souke walking distance everything near the hotel. The food in the hotel was delicious buffet style definitely recommend food. As outside hotel was all the same menu varying prices and hygiene was questionable. Definitely returning God willing next year absolutely loved our stay.

You get more than you payed for, the staff is friendly and helpful.

no good at all hotel very old staff ok

It was great staying here, the vibes are nice animators were awesome late evening shows were my favourite, the rooms are clean and simple, the food is not the best but they can work on it more to improve it, i liked the beach and the swimming pool is just so nice especially under the little bridge.

Not satisficed with the room, neither air-conditioning. Yet meals and cuisine were on a high level.

Holiday was spoilt due to power cuts
