It's a very good hotel with two swimming pools, other than the pools the food is very delicious and the entertaining at night is very fun and lively also there are entertaining activities at the pool like dancing and waterpolo it's a very good hotel and I recommend going to it

However, the hotel does not fully meet the standards of a 5-star property for several reasons: the lack of certain hygiene items (such as cotton pads and cotton swabs), some imperfect finishes in the bathroom (particularly the silicone), and the condition of some sun loungers
Italian restaurant (nice but I wouldn't have been happy to pay for it) *Childrens food* chips, ice cream, pancakes everyday. *Entertainment* this is away from the main buildings. *Pools* plenty to choose from
TUI Blue Manar is a family-friendly hotel that offers a warm welcome and a kind, attentive staff who are always ready to make your stay unforgettable. The room service was good, as were the spa and the Baia restaurant
Had a wonderful meal at the Biai restaurant for returning guests the table gifts and food were amazing thank you Noura and all the staff, you make the hotel the success it is
That said, I would like to highlight that I give a full 5/5 rating to the staff and even to the other guests, as the overall atmosphere was truly fantastic
In fact the bar staff everywhere were lovely. The pools were great, chilly but bareable. Slides were fantastic, my children loved them. Special mention to Nabil & Yassine, they were incredible at the slides

Great hotel for the value, the rooms are clean and spacious especially those with sea view, the members are so kind, the food was really great, it has a private beach and three pools, an aqua park but unfortenetely wasn't open, a great place to be with family or couple,i really loved my holydays spent there, and hope to go back next year, highly highly recommended
 Breakfast is amazing with a great variety. Dinner lack variety and no Tunisians specials, which was a bit disappointing.  Overall the hotel amenities were great. Access to private beach and swimming pool was great
The toilet seat was even smaller than the toilet itself, clearly a result of shoddy workmanship by the maintenance department. The indoor air conditioning unit was even leaking water into the room
the bar staff are absolutely fantastic very friendly and make you feel really welcome ,don't listen to bad reviews it was great ,the only problems I found was the chairs outside are really uncomfortable and the flies are well annoying
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great Stay! I had a lovely time at Golden Tulip Hammamet President. The receptionists Fathia and Wiem were very kind and professional. Mokhtar was also very helpful and friendly throughout my stay
The only minor drawback was that I booked full board, but drinks weren't included with meals. Anyway, it's a small detail, but unlimited drinks would have really added to the experience

We are here again at this lovely hotel this is our 23 rd year cannot praise the staff enough even though it’s not busy nothing is too much trouble and the animation team as usual are keeping us entertained love this hotel and the people ❤️
Beautiful hotel and surrounding staff are excellent at seeing to your needs ! Very clean and chic hotel ! Food is of high quality and waiters are so attentive ! Bar staff will keep your glass topped up always and animation staff are the best always keeping you amused and happy never a dull moment
The animation team were fantastic, they put on special entertainment for new year's eve. Evening entertainment differed from night to night. Every evening made special and suitable for the audience
Nice hotel . Staff very friendly . Nice food . I spend Very good time with everyone there
The hotel is spotless and beautifully presented. Some of the bedrooms need updating but it adds to the Tunisian charm. There is only one plug socket in the bedroom but we packed a power bank which worked well

The best animation team, we were suprised that there is also czech animator, all of the animators have great energy , you will not be bored here, they have program for all day long and every night there is some show
I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. Staff are lovely and involved. They help with queries and in general made me feel welcome. Rooms are outdated but kept very clean. All appliances was in working order
I would like to say special thank you to animation team especially to Nela, never experienced anything like this before. They connected with kids, you can se kids were running to they for a cuddle
Also they have a bingo and tombola and you can win nice gifts. We were in Africa for 5 times but we came back here. All the staff are friendly (in reception, at the bar, in restaurant)

I was particularly thankful to the man behind the outside bar making me special coffees and the children's team Zayneb, Foopa and Sonni who made my daughter's holiday! My youngest cried leaving as she loved Zayneb! The hotel outside is immaculate, could use a bathroom refurb in our room but believe they are doing this now
Cleanliness of the whole resort is immaculate constant patrolling of the grounds, pool area & beach is on going, not one piece of litter in site or empty glasses & grubby tables
Living in France, the wines were somewhat less than I have been used to but we must be aware that vine growing conditions here are rather different to Provence also this is largely an alcohol free muslim country
We arrived here and it was evident 'every guest matters'. We had a little issue with our room, however this was rectified ensuring we were happy (which we were)
The Animation team deserve their own paragraph(shout out) because they elevated the experience in ways I didn’t expect. The animation team were vibrant, enthusiastic, and absolutely dedicated to making every moment fun
Every part of the experience was exceptional — the food, the facilities, the entertainment in the day times as well as evenings, Staff throughout the resort were friendly, professional and always willing to help
