A very pleasant experience.
The hotel itself is not luxurious, but it matches the price and offers good value for money. The rooms are decent, comfortable, and cleaned every day, with fresh towels provided. The food and drinks are fine, and there’s something for everyone’s taste.
The highlight of the stay was definitely the wonderful staff — at every level: reception, housekeeping, and support staff. The waiters and bartenders were amazing — kind, smiling, and always ready to help. The hotel pool isn’t large but it’s clean and well maintained. Special thanks to the lifeguard — such a great guy!
The only downside was the beach that supposedly belongs to the hotel — it was quite dirty, with trash and cigarette butts everywhere, and the entrance to the sea full of rocks. However, just a two-minute walk away there’s a beautiful sandy beach, so that’s not really a big issue.
Overall, a lovely experience and a very nice holiday.

I did not recommend the hotel , the room is in a dirty state and the toilet is blocked but to be honest the hotel employees was welcoming and very nice.

I’d like to share my feedback about this hotel. Unfortunately, it doesn’t look like the photos on the booking site, so I’d advise people not to be misled by the pictures. When we first arrived, there was a strong sewage smell in the room, and they had to change our room three times, but the smell was still there in the third room as well. Also, the hotel isn’t very clean, and there are definitely cleaner options around. Considering the price we paid, it should be more suitable and well-maintained. The most important thing is cleanliness, and I didn’t really see that here.”

Where do I start with this hotel, what is advertised on the photos online? Compare to the actual hotel is an absolute fraud. It is absolutely shocking. Rooms are like something out of a horror movie. The food I would not feed to a dog. The drinks are all watered down. You can only get good food or drinks if you pay for it got an electric shock of the air-conditioner plug hanging out of wall which was fixed by the guy setting fire to plastic and melting it on the wall to stick it, showers and bath for absolutely disgusting avoid avoid avoid.
Did I mention the food you pay at blue lagoon comes from the same kitchen and they feed the guests that crap what’s on buffet

The hotel is good. We spent 7 days there and we would come back next year. Food is good, we enjoyed eating there. Drinks are okay, but nothing special. It's written that the hotel is on the beach, but you walk like 3-4 min to the beach which is not clean. The hotel guests have free sun loungers and sun umbrella on the beach, drinks in a beach bar are not included (all inclusive service). Also, the sea smells weird and it's cold (we were in June). The hotel has a good swimming pool where we spent most of our time. We haven't seen that they clean the pool, but still it looked good. The staff is excellent! From my point of view, the hotel is not for families with kids.

WiFi is terrible, and non existence, never connected during stay.
If you need Internet for work then this not a good place.
Good hotel and very close to the beach.
It is a bit dated, but the staff are very nice.
Smoking is allowed, but this permeates throughout the hotel.
It is not very strong smell, but if you are not a smokers, you will notice it.

Thanks to Mr Hocem for the welcome, really very friendly and smiling, the animation team Mohamed and esslem for their kindness, and also the restaurant team at breakfast. Spacious room, the equipment leaves something to be desired but the rest makes up for it. Very well located, beautiful beach and city center 15 minutes walk.

Amazing staff all so friendly and welcoming couldn’t wish for better.The location is only minutes from the sea, souke walking distance everything near the hotel. The food in the hotel was delicious buffet style definitely recommend food. As outside hotel was all the same menu varying prices and hygiene was questionable. Definitely returning God willing next year absolutely loved our stay.
