Its a stunning property in a great location. Breakfast was also amazing.

We ate dinner with some friends here. It was a fancy, delicious meal. The staff was very attentive and we enjoyed the overall ambiance. The music gave us a chuckle.

This will be my new home away from home. Had a great stay, the facility is clean and well managed. Food was delicious, the SPA was great! And above anything the staff is the best. Very professional, polite, accommodating to all your needs. Great experience, will definitely book again !

I can't speak to what it's like to stay here, but I feel compelled to leave a review regardless. My wife sings here several times a week and of every hotel in Tunis this place has consistently the most genuinely friendly staff. Certainly they are well-trained professionally, but the warmth is palpable and not just for show. Very much appreciate them.

In general, I liked it, the rooms were big, spacious and clean... the location and view were beautiful

everything about the stay, we arrived at the hotel, security welcomed us and parked our car. At the reception we was seated and welcome drinks was provided. while Tarek at the desk took our passport and checked up in to a amazing suite with the view of the sea. It's not the season and there are few people at breakfast - but the staff still can't cope with the workload. Breakfast until 10:00, but at 9:30 most of the hot dishes are gone (although the initial selection is already small). It's impossible to wait for an omelette, and there's a lot of confusion - although orders are literally handful. The room is old and not very clean - stains on all the textiles...

Lovely room, emaculate, a shower and soaking bath, even a second bathroom. Three meals offered daily, the excellent and complete breakfast is included with the room. Meals are available during Ramadan. I really enjoyed my stay and would certainly recommend Novotel Tunis Lac

We stayed in this hotel for almost 1 week. The staff were wonderful. The place is well equipped with a lot of attention to details. The hospitality that we experienced made us feel very much at home. I would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone I know

Very good hotel, worth 5 stars! There is nothing special for the staff. The room is very nice and functional, there is even a pillow menu! We had dinner at the restaurant and everything was perfect again! There is underground parking. We will happily return next time to Tunisia!

Overall the stay was okay, my apartment needed some updating. It had no shower curtain so the bathroom got flooded everytime we showered. There was no microwave in the apartment. Close to the tourist area, the scenery is not too good, and it is far from the old town. It is not far to drive around. A very good hotel, recommended to stay. Each room has a small courtyard.

Although Tunisia has made steps forward in tourism, since my last visit thirty years ago, still needs to learn and improve a lot . Golden Carthage Hotel is a huge hotel, with big rooms and lot of things to do. Our room 562, was spacious, comfortable and clean, but heating was out of work and the room temp wasn’t comfortable. The early morning flight arrived at Carthage Airport before 5 o'clock. We went to the blue town first. After a sleepless night, we had no time to go to the hotel. We arrived too early. Hotel is quite large, staff are friendly and very accommodating, lobby, reception and restaurants very first class. Pool and patio quite lovely. Rooms are large, bathroom could use an upgrade as well as the hallways which tended to be a bit noisy.at times.

The facilities were broken and the air conditioner couldn't be turned off. It took an hour to repair it, but it couldn't be repaired in the end. It took two or three hours for the room to be adjusted. Then the bathtub was also broken.

I arrived on 30 th aug , late night , had booked in online, arrived tired and waited 30 mins, which was frustrating, then was given a room where a dog was in a balcony opposite, I did not sleep all night, but when I did put it to the hotel they did change my room

The receptionist was really rude. The air conditioner was off even when we asked, the room was really hot and we had to open the window at night when we were listening to the noisy music all night. The lobby and different areas of the hotel were really smelly and the elevator was off so we had to take the stairs with our luggage to leave the hotel. The rooms are a bit small, the water pressure in the shower is not enough, and there is a smell of sea water. Although there are many choices for breakfast, there are not many that are truly suitable for Asian appetites. The swimming pool is beautiful, but unfortunately it was winter in Tunisia at that time and the outdoor swimming pool was not open for use, but you can still choose the indoor swimming...

The new name of this hotel is Verdi Tunis Beach Resort. The location is nice, close to the beach and there is a big swimming pool. The beach itself is less clean and there are many stray dogs that even stole someone’s shoe while she was swimming. The food is the restaurant is good. The hotel itself needs some refurbishment.

This is clearly a decent class hotel that has seen better days. There are bits falling off in rooms. Plumbing that just works and an elevator that works on good days. I was 4 days in Occidental Lac Tunis and the overall experience is very positive. All the employees were always very nice and available for anything you need. My Room was very beautiful, big, extremely cleaned all days and with an amazing bed, really comfortable. The only less positive point was the variety of the breakfast ( but I think that it's mostly regarding my food preferences), but not aligned...

Very clean and excellent service. The only disappointment was, the pool was closed. They said the heater wasn't working. I specifically booked the hotel due to it's close proximity to the airport and the fact that they had an indoor pool so I could swim. The spa was excellent and I had an amazing massage from Yasmine. I would stay again but hopefully they get the pool heater fixed.
