I had expectations on this place after reading so many enthusiastic reviews. Unfortunately our stay (1 night) was disappointing. The owner was kind to meet out needs: we arrived late evening, she gave us a discount on the full price of the room (71 euro with breakfast and only cash!). But even with the discount, the room was totally overpriced: it was so small that we couldn't open the luggage on the floor. The bed was very noisy, the door of the shower was broken, breakfast from 9.30 (we obtained 9 o' clock) it was small and you'd have to extra pay for coffee (never heard it before)! It's hard to find parking. I'm sorry but I cannot recommend it.

We stayed in a triple room called "deluxe" overlooking the garden. However, the IKEA pull-out bed that my child was sleeping in was unfortunately half-sagged (we noticed it when we opened it at night). My wife suffered from rib and back pain for 2-3 days because she slept in that bed. Also, there were a lot of cobwebs and spiders in the room. The sheets and towels were covered in mold stains (thankfully we had our own sheets and towels). A huge dog lives in the middle section marked "Reception," and it almost attacked me because I entered thinking it was the reception area. It barked all night and chased people entering the street. We couldn't sleep because of the barking. We booked the room in the evening; since we noticed the hygiene and bed conditions late at night, there was nothing we could do, and it was the last room available anyway. Apart from the spiders, the bathroom and room cleaning were good. The welcome and farewell were nice. There are basket chairs and a hammock in the garden in front of the room. We really liked it, but we couldn't enjoy it because of the dog. When my child and I sat down to eat ice cream, a huge dog barked and darted out... We had to rush inside because of the dog. By the way, the room door is so thin that even if you lock it, a passerby could push it open and enter. The mosquito repellent and the bookcase in the room were positives. The location is central. If I had been able to see the owner on my way out, I would have told her all this. Because nobody wants to leave their child in a room with spiders, moldy sheets and towels, and dog barking all night during their vacation. Unfortunately, we weren't satisfied.
