Sea is cold due to the underground fresh water hence not too salty. During the season, it is hard to find a free place on saturday or sunday

The hotel itself is nice and in a perfect location if you’re looking for peace and quiet. It’s also within walking distance of a charming town centre (about 20 minutes at a brisk pace)

The rooms are on the smaller side, and the standard rooms without sea view are very dark, as they overlook a garden with a large tree blocking much of the daylight

This is also the first hotel we’ve been to where we were charged extra for eggs, sucuk, omelettes, or menemen. Coffee wasn’t included with breakfast, and no water was served either, which felt disappointing

The beach definitely needs more attention – bins weren’t emptied daily, and on several occasions we found glass and even a dead bird, with no sign that the area was being checked regularly

One of the best accommodation spots in Akyaka/Ula/Mugla in Turkiye. By the sea, cozy, good food and drinks, friendly staff. Location wise, close to everywhere (marmaris, bodrum, datca)

Nature, sea, creeks oh my god you name it. Don’t forget to say hi to the owner and ask him to show you private photo exhibit. Also ask about the architect and his story

In my opinion this is the best hotel in Akyaka! The territory is just marvelous, full of blooming flowers, with a small blue river running through, a lot of birds, fish and turtles living over there

In the beginning we arrived here. a bit skeptical because car park is so narrow, but somehow we managed to parked. The hospitality was so good, person in charge are ready to hospitalize guesses

Akyaka itself is an amazing place. My wife and I stayed for a day. The room is very cozy, stylish and comfortable. There is a table and two chairs on the balcony. Hot water without interruption

I think it's a bonus that it's a bit away from the town centre (10 mins walk) so that you can have a peaceful evening and a good sleep. For me the only downside was the size of the pool

Quiet hotel, about 15 minutes from the center. They didn’t check us in until 12, even though we arrived at 10. Overall, the room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was tasty.

Fatma and her husband made us so welcome. They are in the process of developing this little gem and the rooms and surrounds are stunning. Would recommend this hotel very highly.

I had high expectations from my vacation and I can comfortably say they absolutely exceeded my expectations! I think the location of the hotel is the biggest thing made me and my family so satisfied! It is on the Bay Area (feels like a private Bay Area for hotel costumers only ) and yet very close to city center of Akyaka driving 5 min

Ottoman style Hotel is tired and needs updating. Lights too dark to see buffet breakfast. A great clean pool but surrounding decking is in a bad state of repair. Lose boards and nails jutting out

The bathrooms need to be refitted and updated. The swimming pool was nice but again tiles around the pool were cracked and uneven and hazardous

Akyaka was packed during the weekend but the hotel was calm. The staff is welcoming and helpful, the sleep quality is good. A little bit old and you recognise that but it is clean and the breakfast was good

It’s has ottoman style architecture with wooden ceiling and typical Turkish style furnitures. It’s a bit dark inside due to the architectural elements. If you like such style it’s nice but for me it was little depressing

However the office has a separate WiFi system that works perfectly but not shared with customers. We had to buy a separate package ourselves for the day we were there to be able to do normal on line stuff

I had the pleasure to eat from their lovely breakfast and at night to have a dinner near the seaside on the patio. In the morning I went to swim which the sea was lovely, clean and able to see the bottom

Very beautiful hotel, clean and tidy, warmly decorated, delicious breakfast, coffee and black tea are available 24 hours a day, and the front desk guy upgraded our room for free.

Gumus Konak is an excellent hotel. It is tastefully and beautifully decorated. The staff are excellent and friendly. We loved our stay here and will definitely be back!
