Hotel rooms are clean but need some upgrades and electrical plugs placement could be improved. Small things.
Not so clean.
Looking old and tired.
Receptionist was unbelievable rude when I told her that the room smells from the drain in the bathroom. She almost said this is what it is. (Nothing happened we had to stay in the drain smell for 4 days)
We were expecting a bit more as we have paid £700 for 3 nights.
The view was amazing and the bar and restaurant staff were very nice.
I would recommend this place for couples with no children.
At night there is nice love music and cocktails by the pool which overlooks the sea.
Service is very good. The staff was very friendly and attentive. Especially the man who is responsible for the beach towels and beds ( he was a super friendly old man that has a very good command of english).
The sea was disappointing since it was not clean and we weren't able to swim as often as we wished.
Fantastic location. Great views from every room. Good food. Lots of options.

Special mention to our waiters ali and bary. Great service!

I had an awful stay. The bathroom smelled and the air conditioner turns pf and we cannot turn it on again.
The manager and the staff were inexperienced. (Very fee deserves recognition)
Swimming pool would be under maintenance for 4 hours in the time we need to be cooling off in the sunny weather.
Prices of food bar and transportation would rise up everyday.
Not I would not recommend anyone to stay. It’s a scam.
In June 2022, two other friends and I visited Sarpedor for a relaxing holiday, and within the first minutes, we knew we had made the right decision.
From clean rooms with comfortable beds to a delicious a la carte menu, Sarpedor offers everything to make your stay as smooth and relaxing as possible.
The breathtaking view, which can be enjoyed from almost every part of the hotel, is accompanied by good music and fantastic staff giving their best to make you feel comfortable and welcome. We stayed a total amount of 10 days. Therefore, we got to know some of the staff, and they were all very friendly and attentive to every need and question.
Most days, we started our day at the beach bar and then proceeded to the pool area. The staff already knew our go-to drink order at both places and prepared them even before we ordered them!
All in all, we enjoyed every day and even got some massages at the spa.
If you are with kids and looking for a resort-type hotel, this would not be the place for you. However, we highly recommend this place if you want to relax, eat good food, and recharge your internal battery - this is the perfect place to do so!
