Hotel Kervansaray in Erzurum

The hotel is centrally located, facing the street, but it was quiet. All the sights are within walking distance. There are two supermarkets on the street where the hotel is located.
The room is spacious, but the furniture is a bit shabby, and the curtain was torn (my husband fixed it). There's no kettle in the room, but there's a boiler downstairs, so you can drink as much tea as you want. The radiators are turned on at night, and there's a blanket in the closet, so we didn't freeze. The bed is comfortable. Despite the heating being on at night, the floor is cold and it's chilly during the day. Bring pajamas and slippers, as it's below freezing outside at night. There was no cleaning service for three days.
The receptionist was very friendly; he helped us book bus tickets and a day later told us how to buy them at the travel agency in the city. Thank him very much for the review!
Breakfast starts at 7:30. It includes potatoes, eggs, sliced ​​cheese, jams, butter, honey, cucumbers, and tomatoes. Fruit includes tangerines and apples.

We didnt expect much from this place as we only planned to sleep and continue our trip. And the room provided the basics .However, our car experienced a problem that needed a mechanic, being Sunday everything is closed yet our hotel manager went out of his way and found us a mechanic who solved our problem at a good price. This hotel won me over and for this reason i wrote a review… the service was way beyond a room for the night. Thank you
