The employees, room service, housekeeping, ski rental rooms were so professional. the dinners were very delicious, especially Antep night was very successful. You can go up directly from the hotel for skiing. you can also go down the blue and red tracks that start immediately and go up to the gondola and the hill. The 5 o'clock tea should be improved. Our group had a fantastic stay at Dedeman Palandöken Ski Lodge Hotel in February 2025. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality and service exceeded our expectations. A special thank you to the front desk team—Ceren and her colleagues—as well as Mr. Mehmet for their warm welcome and professionalism. Their attentiveness made our stay even more enjoyable, and we truly appreciated the complimentary room upgrade.
The ski-in, ski-out convenience of the hotel made accessing the slopes effortless, allowing us to maximize our time on the mountain. As passionate skiers, we found the location ideal, with well-maintained runs and breathtaking views of Palandöken.
The food was another highlight of our stay. Every meal was delicious, offering a great selection that catered to various tastes. After long days on the slopes, the dining experience was a perfect way to unwind and refuel.

The view from the room and the location of the hotel are excellent. Finding a parking space on weekends can be a bit of a hassle. The hotel building is a bit old but it didn't cause any inconvenience. The indoor pool, which was my main reason for choosing the hotel, was unfortunately closed for 3 days. It was the hotel's closing time.
The hotel works on a full or half board basis, I got full board. Although it offers a few options in terms of food, the food was tasteless. In fact, when I said how bad can they make mashed potatoes, I saw that even that was bad. My second point to criticize is that they asked for 1300 TL per day for ski rental in the ski room (maybe it's not directly connected to Dedeman, I don't know, but it was inside the hotel building) and the same equipment was 300 TL in the Dedeman downstairs.

We were starving and when we told them to cancel our dishes they were rude enough to say “OK” right away. They said there was a mix-up in the kitchen.very unprofessional 😣
