It was winter but it was a good trip

I was given hot tea when I checked in. There was a doorman at the hotel entrance to take my luggage. The room was clean and tidy and the room was large. It would be better if the order confirmation was faster.

The hotel staff were prompt and polite. I didn't go to the restaurant on the 18th floor, but even from my room on the 15th floor, I could see a great view of the mountains and the city. The breakfast was good in both quality and quantity. The location is good, close to the shopping mall.

It is an okay Hotel, nothing special. The A/C in the rooms only blow out hot air even if you put it on "cold". Some rooms you can't open the window. Water pressure goes up and down in the shower. It is a quite old hotel, and the rooms could use an update. Don't go to their restaurant unless you like very dry meat... Oh and also, no one speaks English.

Location definitely worth to choose this hotel you can walk modt of everywhere in central area very close by to airport and intercity bus station. Housekeeping needs bit more paying attention to not to creating issues on stay. Rest of all tge staff members very kind helpful

Elite World Hotel is located in the center of downtown Van with excellent shopping opportunities. The rooms are very clean and well appointed, some with a view of Van Lake and the downtown area. The complimentary breakfast is excellent. While there I enjoyed the spa services including a massage and Turkish bath with Kadek. She was exceptional!

I don't know why Ctrip always arranges a room for me as a black brick member, either at the end or next to the elevator. This hotel seems to be made of plastic. The sound of the people walking upstairs is very clear, and the people taking a shower can be heard clearly.

Stayed here on an unexpected overnight stop in Erzurum and had a fantastic experience. The hotel staff were very helpful and responsive, the room was nice and very clean, and the breakfast service was very good too. Everything was nice , the staff served 24/7 with respect, the food was really good , the hotel is in 5 minutes walk away from the ski resort but you have free transport for the resort if you get a room , i would absolutely recommend going to this hotel
