It was winter but it was a good trip

I was given hot tea when I checked in. There was a doorman at the hotel entrance to take my luggage. The room was clean and tidy and the room was large. It would be better if the order confirmation was faster.

The hotel staff were prompt and polite. I didn't go to the restaurant on the 18th floor, but even from my room on the 15th floor, I could see a great view of the mountains and the city. The breakfast was good in both quality and quantity. The location is good, close to the shopping mall.

Location is good and accessible to the downtown easily. All the conditions are quite satisfying, but for me lightening of the hotel and it's garden should be improved.

The hotel is located near a strip of road with lots of nightly shops and diners. The rooms were a bit old fashioned but did not lack in luxury, especially for the price. The 24/7 food service and day-pool were excellent, as well as the attached mall and fitness room. I would stay here again when I come back.

I stayed there because I thought it was cheap for a Hilton! The room was spacious and comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious.

Friendly and solution-oriented staff. The rooms are clean, the Internet is not very fast as in the rest of the country. The gym is not big but it is clean. I think I went there 2 or 3 times and each time there was no one in the gym. There is drinking water and clean towels inside.

Elite World Hotel is located in the center of downtown Van with excellent shopping opportunities. The rooms are very clean and well appointed, some with a view of Van Lake and the downtown area. Best Ski experience anyone can ask for. Direct access to great ski. The facilities are amazing especially the gym, Adem is great and his ability to speak English well is a great asset for someone like myself who doesn’t speak Turkish.
