We had a lovely stay at this beautiful hotel. Everything was spotlessly clean, the food was brilliant with plenty of variety, and there were lots of excellent facilities. The kids’ club was one of the best we’ve experienced — clearly a lot of thought has gone into how the hotel operates, and it shows.
However, there are some areas that could be improved. The biggest issue for us was noise. The rooms are not very soundproof, and we struggled to sleep because we could hear everything from neighbouring rooms and corridors. Some guests were inconsiderate, with children running around and loud voices early in the morning. It would really help if the hotel placed notices reminding guests to keep noise levels down, especially during night hours.
Another issue was smoking and vaping — both guests and staff were doing this around the children’s pool and bowling area. Designated smoking zones would make a big difference here.
We also noticed that a few staff members looked disengaged at times, and one cleaner in the restaurant was walking around with a broom but not actually cleaning. In addition, there were no lifeguards present at the pools, and no wristbands or visible security measures in place, which felt concerning.
Overall, the hotel has a lot going for it — great food, facilities, and family-friendly features — but addressing the noise and a few operational issues would make it truly exceptional.
Tables are cleared and cleaned quickly, drinks service is prompt and the overall cleanliness is admirable!

Come to the titanic, it’s by far the best hotel I have ever stayed in Turkey.
The facilities are brilliant and the food is plentiful. We are particularly fond of “the roller skate” bar man. We never had to leave our sun longer and were never without a drink in hand!
My children particularly enjoyed the slides, although they found the main pool a little too cold at times.
All the staff were so helpful….from the bar staff to the cleaners.
The hotel was kept beautifully clean and tidy too.
We shall definitely be back!!
