We had a lovely stay at this beautiful hotel. Everything was spotlessly clean, the food was brilliant with plenty of variety, and there were lots of excellent facilities. The kids’ club was one of the best we’ve experienced — clearly a lot of thought has gone into how the hotel operates, and it shows.
However, there are some areas that could be improved. The biggest issue for us was noise. The rooms are not very soundproof, and we struggled to sleep because we could hear everything from neighbouring rooms and corridors. Some guests were inconsiderate, with children running around and loud voices early in the morning. It would really help if the hotel placed notices reminding guests to keep noise levels down, especially during night hours.
Another issue was smoking and vaping — both guests and staff were doing this around the children’s pool and bowling area. Designated smoking zones would make a big difference here.
We also noticed that a few staff members looked disengaged at times, and one cleaner in the restaurant was walking around with a broom but not actually cleaning. In addition, there were no lifeguards present at the pools, and no wristbands or visible security measures in place, which felt concerning.
Overall, the hotel has a lot going for it — great food, facilities, and family-friendly features — but addressing the noise and a few operational issues would make it truly exceptional.

The vacation was wonderful! The hotel was cozy and clean, the staff was attentive, and the location was excellent! I'd like to thank Guest Relations Manager Alena for her expertise and, of course, her wonderful smile. I'll recommend this hotel to my friends.

The grounds are okay, but a bit uninviting. There's a large soccer field and tennis courts. The soccer team was quite good. It was a joy. There's a good water park. The beach is excellent. The children's area and entertainment are fine. The downside is the elevators. There are five of them, all in one place. Sometimes you had to wait a long time with a stroller. Overall, it's decent. The old town is 17 km away. It's an hour by bus each way.

The hotel is located near the airport, a 15-20-minute drive away. It's themed to look like a ship. The rooms are spacious. The rooms are cleaned, and towels and bed linen are changed daily. The minibar is also restocked daily. The grounds aren't very large, but everything is compact. There are several outdoor pools and an indoor pool, an adult and children's water park. And even the little ones have slides and fountains. The grounds are constantly cleaned. Everything is very clean! There's a children's mini club with a great playground. Special thanks to the children's entertainers at the children's mini club! During the second week of our vacation, our daughter was glued to it. She didn't even want to leave. She loved it. The beach is sandy and clean. There are plenty of sun loungers. Basically, there were enough for everyone. There are sun loungers on the pier. Cabanas on the beach and pool are available for a fee. Prices range from 80 to 120 euros per day. There is also entertainment for adults, including bocharov volleyball, aqua aerobics, water polo, and aerobics. I'd also like to mention the anti-COVID measures. The hotel staff wears masks, and there are touchscreen sanitizers everywhere. Masks and temperature checks are required at the entrance to the hotel and the main restaurant. I really liked the hotel and highly recommend it!

Such a horrible end to what had been a lovely stay at the hotel - I really enjoyed the fitness classes and the people that took them were fun and amazing - however following a visit to the pay per use restaurant, where I had a mediocre meal and a corked bottle of wine, I was verbally threatened that if I didn’t pay, I wouldn’t be able to leave - surrounded by 10 intimidating male staff members, I was forced to pay, before I was allowed to leave - a terrible end to my holiday

This is my second day here and I couldn’t bet more impressed! The place is immaculate, the staff amazing, the service is second to none. Food and drink are exceptional, the buffet is incredible, it’s impossible to not find something you’d like!
Tables are cleared and cleaned quickly, drinks service is prompt and the overall cleanliness is admirable!
I have 5 days left, I will report further and answer any questions raised!
Come to the titanic, it’s by far the best hotel I have ever stayed in Turkey.

A really great holiday. Staff were very accommodating, particularly the waiters in the lobby bar. There were lots of great facilities, food was decent but due to being out of season quite a few outlets and activities were not open which was a shame. But hope to come back in the summer to experience the whole resort. Rooms were clean, tidy and a good size with a really nice shower in the bathroom, balcony was good too. We did a package holiday through Jet2 and was very good value for money on what was included within the resort.

I travelled to Turkey with my 6month old and partner and we had a very lovely time. The hotel is a 10/10 all inclusive was the best part 24hr food and so much to do within the facility. The staff are amazing my baby got so much attention and left with a few girlfriends lol. I would highly recommend especially for families. They have bowling there too, in the hotel! You really don’t need to leave the hotel but there and shops like 5 mins away from the hotel. Really would recommend.

We have had the most amazing stay at the Titanic hotel.
The facilities are brilliant and the food is plentiful. We are particularly fond of “the roller skate” bar man. We never had to leave our sun longer and were never without a drink in hand!
My children particularly enjoyed the slides, although they found the main pool a little too cold at times.
All the staff were so helpful….from the bar staff to the cleaners.
The hotel was kept beautifully clean and tidy too.
We shall definitely be back!!
