Hakan especially and ibrahim from from the bar was very helpful in my stay I had issue with one guy who was being very nasty takkkmv to me in different language thinking I didn't understand his language but apart from that one guy thinking he was funny calling me names in Turkish the whole stay was amazing!! Reception staff absolutely amazing and took very good care of me hacer and oktayand adnan very lovely staff took care of me from start to finish!!! All in all a great stay lovely hotel lovely people and I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone as I've been to turkey 5 times and this was the best hotel I've stayed at x⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

It’s our last day here and honestly, we’re gutted to be going home. Our first holiday without the kids and it has been absolute bliss. The staff have been unreal, so friendly, funny, and genuinely go above and beyond. Nothing is ever too much trouble. I asked if they could decorate our room for my partner’s birthday and they did such a gorgeous job. He was completely shocked. The room itself is just a room, really, you’re barely in it if you’re anything like us. The bed felt a bit questionable at first, but it ended up giving us the best sleep we’ve had in ages. Housekeeping came every day, fresh beds, clean towels, the lot. The food? Incredible. The outdoor food especially just hits different. Everything’s fresh, and the pasta guy… oh my god. UNREAL. You pick what you want, he cooks it right in front of you, and he’s always checked that we enjoyed it, which we absolutely were. We barely touched the inside buffet because the outdoor food was that good. The only downside was the à la carte, not for us. Cold food and just not the vibe. But honestly, that’s the only negative we’ve had the whole trip. If you’re thinking of coming here, do it. It’s gorgeous. And if you love a sunrise like myself, head to the end of the pier. It’s honestly breathtaking. Huge thanks to everyone here for making our holiday so peaceful and genuinely enjoyable. We’ve loved every minute.

I’ve never travelled solo before and I have to say “wow!”. Thank you Saturn Palace for making this one of the best holidays I have ever had. The staff have all been amazing and have given me 5 star treatment every day. The food is exceptional and such a choice. My room is spotless and tea/coffee and fridge drinks are topped up daily along with room cleaned and fresh towels replaced if needed. Nothing is too much trouble and the team here really go out of their way to give you an amazing time. The swimming pools are maintained to a very high standard as is cleanliness around the hotel: inside and out. The jetty is such a bonus and I’ve enjoyed a daily swim in the sea. The walks along Lara beach have been priceless as has my entire stay here ❤️ Sadly I return to the UK tomorrow… Thank you to all the team at Saturn Palace. Such a special place

We arrived at Saturn Palace resort late one evening, and had a very warm welcome from the start , which continued through out our stay. The rooms are an adequate size and very comfortable, although after staying at the hotel for 10 days and having two teenagers , a slightly bigger room might of been appreciated. We met up with our Holiday Rep, a couple of days in, and arranged a trip to The Market, Old Town and Water falls, which was a great day out. The 3 pools are great, with water slides. The staff often come round, and offer drinks/snacks and the entertainment Reps ,try to persuade you to join in with the activities , and have a giggle with you. This was our first family holiday abroad, with all inclusive in a couple of years, and it really did not disappoint, we were waited on , by the lovely staff , they could not do enough for you. Some evenings, our Waiter Byron , would have a message written on our table, made from petals, which was so lovely, and our drinks ready for us, very thoughtful. We feel so relaxed, and enjoyed every moment of our holiday. We would love to come back here again some day.

The hotel is smaller and less organized that the neighboring hotel resorts. Parking was off site, back a small path near the maintenance and was in a public are so there is no security.
Rooms were ok, standard but worn from much traffic. The food and beverage selection was excellent, there were many separate locations to eat and snack.
Reception needs help for check in, took forever to get a simple answer.
I booked a sea view and got a side room looking into the back roads with a glimpse of the sea. The compound is a sort of an angle L shape so that we were looking onto another property.
The pools and such are close together, it’s tightly organized.
Probably the best was the choices for children including water park and slides.
Beach area was standard, boardwalk bar is great but needs some attention from staff. The one lifeguard, he was bald and dark tanned older gentleman was so kind and helpful, always had a good word and a laugh.
All in all a good stay, enjoyable staff, friendly and fast service from employees who go out of their way to help.
