I stayed here from April 3-10, 2021. Everything was great: polite staff, good food, and entertainment. If you have any questions or suggestions, please contact Ibrahim (he's located across from reception). I was satisfied with everything, but the glass windows in the restaurant and bars ruined the experience. Yes, they'll serve you as much food as you need, but it's not a quick process. If you come when it's crowded, the mealtime will at least double, and what about in high season? It'll definitely ruin your mood. If I go to Turkey again, I definitely won't consider a hotel with glass windows. Otherwise, the hotel is a 5-star hotel.

We stayed from April 2, 2021 to April 13, 2021. A wonderful place. Friendly and attentive staff. The rooms are cleaned every day. The waiters are helpful. Administrator Ibrahim, who works with Russian tourists, explains everything and helps with paperwork. Every day he asks if everything is to your liking. Any problems are immediately resolved. Internet is available throughout the hotel, including on the beach. The food is decent: traditional Turkish cream soups, beef, chicken, fish, turkey, lulakibab, shrimp (not every day), sushi, fish, pizza, vegetables, fruits, pastries, sweets, ice cream on site, güzleme (made on site). There is a gym, indoor heated pool, steam room, sauna, and hamam. The room has a TV (2 Russian channels). The entertainment is varied: during the day, there's football, basketball, darts, gun shooting, table tennis and tennis, water slides, children's face painting, crafts, and painting. In the evening, there are various shows, live music, and a children's disco. Near the hotel, there are souvenir shops and other junk shops (be sure to bargain).

We stayed from July 2 to July 5, 2021. We loved everything. It's a great hotel. You can drink, drink, and eat 24/7. There's a great beach, gorgeous pools, a water park, children's playgrounds, mini golf, and a tennis court. We had a very nice room; we booked a standard room with a balcony (sea view). It was very spacious, had a minibar, and everything was perfect, including hot water. Cleaning was excellent, the food was delicious, and the helpful staff solved any problems. This hotel allows guests to do everything! We checked in at 5 a.m., and our room was ready in 15 minutes. We checked out at 6 p.m., notifying the day before of a late checkout, and reception said our room was valid until 7 p.m., no extra charge, etc. During quarantine, the hotel's occupancy rate was 30%±, which is definitely a plus. There's a lot of food: meat, fish, fruit, berries, cheeses, sausages, side dishes, and a ton of varied and beautiful desserts. Alcoholic drinks and cocktails available 24/7. The only downside: the sound in the room. I'm a sound sleeper, but my husband isn't, and he could hear the neighbors.

We had a very nice encounter when we first entered. Mr. Hakan was very attentive. We had a very happy stay and left satisfied due to the friendly welcome and happy service of all the hotel staff

Hakan especially and ibrahim from from the bar was very helpful in my stay I had issue with one guy who was being very nasty takkkmv to me in different language thinking I didn't understand his language but apart from that one guy thinking he was funny calling me names in Turkish the whole stay was amazing!! Reception staff absolutely amazing and took very good care of me hacer and oktayand adnan very lovely staff took care of me from start to finish!!! All in all a great stay lovely hotel lovely people and I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone as I've been to turkey 5 times and this was the best hotel I've stayed at x⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

It’s our last day here and honestly, we’re gutted to be going home. Our first holiday without the kids and it has been absolute bliss. The staff have been unreal, so friendly, funny, and genuinely go above and beyond. Nothing is ever too much trouble. I asked if they could decorate our room for my partner’s birthday and they did such a gorgeous job. He was completely shocked. The room itself is just a room, really, you’re barely in it if you’re anything like us. The bed felt a bit questionable at first, but it ended up giving us the best sleep we’ve had in ages. Housekeeping came every day, fresh beds, clean towels, the lot. The food? Incredible. The outdoor food especially just hits different. Everything’s fresh, and the pasta guy… oh my god. UNREAL. You pick what you want, he cooks it right in front of you, and he’s always checked that we enjoyed it, which we absolutely were. We barely touched the inside buffet because the outdoor food was that good. The only downside was the à la carte, not for us. Cold food and just not the vibe. But honestly, that’s the only negative we’ve had the whole trip. If you’re thinking of coming here, do it. It’s gorgeous. And if you love a sunrise like myself, head to the end of the pier. It’s honestly breathtaking. Huge thanks to everyone here for making our holiday so peaceful and genuinely enjoyable. We’ve loved every minute.
