We stayed there for 3 nights and we did not experience anything bad.
The hotel is renovated and very clean.
Staff are amazing, friendly, very helpful and bilingual.
We arrived early and they were trying there best to let us have an early check in.
Also, we passed cleaning time but they still managed to clean our room.

100% Highly Recommend! I am visiting from the US and stayed here for one week. The hotel is very clean, and the rooms are great with a comfortable bed. The entire hotel staff is very polite and professional. All speak very good English. They helped me order food, taxi’s, and went above and beyond to make me feel welcome during my stay. The breakfast every morning was perfect! I will definitely be back.

So I’ve had a amazing experience at this hotel. The service was exceptional 10/10. The staff were very polite. We did have some issues at the beginning when we first arrived however the manger sorted it all out for us. Yusuf and Ahmed treated us very well and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone who visits turkey. These two staff made my experience better and I had a great time. Definitely would come back here again.

Had such an amazing stay here. The hotel was beautiful, clean and lovely breakfast every day. I loved the pool area, the decor was beautiful. The room was very spacious and so comfortable. All the staff were very polite, friendly and so welcoming. My favourite was Sevket who is amazing and the most nicest person I have ever come across in any hotel! He went over and beyond for us all the time! He is such an asset to the hotel. Thank you to everyone at Antalya hotel suite and spa.

We started our stay on the first day it opened , they were so helpful. Did everything to make us happy with our room. The service from Sevket was out of this world , he has been amazing and was so helpful and polite , when the WiFi was not working he even let us use his phone to book excursions . He is the best staff I have come across in all my holidays abroad , if I could give him 6 stars I would , the hotel is very lucky to have as staff . Thank you to him for everything he is doing to help us :)
