A special mention goes to Metin from room service, who provided truly fantastic service and always went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect and our room was decorated for my son’s birthday. Alena in the Mini Club was absolutely brilliant, she also organised a wonderful birthday event for our son, which made his day so special and memorable. Melissa was also fantastic friendly, professional, and always happy to help.
The hotel itself is beautiful, immaculately maintained, and the private beach is stunning, relaxing, and perfectly set up for a day in the sun. To top it all off, we were lucky to have great weather, making the whole experience even better.
We couldn’t have asked for a better holiday and would 100% recommend Miracle Resort Hotel & Spa to anyone looking for a high-quality, family-friendly, all-inclusive getaway.
🧹 Cleanliness
The biggest issue was the cleanliness of the room. Throughout our stay, only the towels were changed; no proper cleaning was done. Upon arrival, the carpet had clearly not been vacuumed – there were peanut crumbs and other dirt scattered on it. The bed linen was changed only once during our 14-day stay, and that happened only after we requested it.
🍽️ Dining
I would describe the dining experience as average. The variety of meals was more modest than expected from a 5★ hotel, and the quality was inconsistent. The system where guests cannot serve themselves was not convenient. It would certainly be easier and more pleasant if guests could take their own food instead of walking around the dining hall and repeatedly asking staff to serve them. This often caused delays.

Some common areas – including restrooms and the surroundings of the hotel – appeared less maintained than what one would expect from a hotel of this category.
👥 Staff
The reception staff did not seem very welcoming, and the communication was more formal than professional. Overall service felt inconsistent.
The hotel has beautiful architecture and good potential, but based on my experience, the quality of services did not match the declared 5★ standard. I would probably not return.
