Fantastic hotel, food and rooms great. What made the holiday more memorable were the staff from cleaners, waiters/waitresses and especially the entertainment team, nothing to much trouble had fantastic time.

The hotel is small so good for people with mobility issues and/or smaller kids. We had a great room on the 10th floor with an amazing view from the balcony. They were able to accommodate 3 people in a room with a roll away bed. The air conditioner automatically shuts off though when the balcony door opens even for a minute. A bit of a let down! On first impression hotel looked nice, it slowly went down hill from there on in. Cleanliness of the rooms was poor with peanuts on the floor when the room had supposedly been cleaned but it stayed there for the whole of our stay. There was an awful drains/sewage smell in the bathroom. Daily housekeeping was poor nothing actually cleaned/replenished. We had to ask for toilet roll...

Toilets could be cleaner, special at the beach. Staff could be more customeroriented. Have been here before but this time too many people.

I really liked the hotel, there are some small shortcomings, but it did not affect my vacation. A wonderful large beach within walking distance, but there is a transfer every 30 minutes, plus every hour you can leave on a boat along the canal, very cool! There is a disco until 2 am. I stayed at this hotel recently and overall found it a very pleasant experience all round. The staff are very approachable and helpful. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others who are considering coming here to stay.

This is more like Air BnB type of property. Individual owners managing each unit. You need to taking care of your own trash. Property is surrounded by shopping center and bunch of market but don’t buy water or some other groceries at the convenient store. They charge you a lot. Also public transportation doesn’t follow schedules. So keep in mind :)

We had a lovely stay I was abit worried about some of the reviews... But the hotel was beautiful with little cafe gym and spa. The apartment hugh spec with air fryer toaster and all the condiments. We appreciated the sachets of coffee tea sugar salt pepper paprika. Good location the beach across the road. The only thing that would have been good was if they had a proper cot as the one supplied my baby...

The suite was spacious and clean with a view of the beautiful pool, and only 10 minutes walk to the sandy beach. The host was also very responsive and helpful. I would stay here again and recommend it!

The Greenwood Hotel was generally good overall, as was its staff. The food was good and the atmosphere was pleasant. The cocktails weren't particularly good. More dessert options would have been appreciated. The furniture in the room was quite worn. The bath towels had holes. Cleanliness in some areas left something to be desired. It's a solid 3.5/5. Overall, decent for a short family stay.

The room is Huge, the cocktails are good, the aquapark is great, the food was good. Entertainment in the evening fantastic! We only didn't like the beach, the food was bad and the bar as well. And at the pools there was often a lot of trash standing around.

The hotel was stunning the pool was the biggest I have ever seen the only thing that let it down was the pool not being heated so was just way to cold to use such a shame ! The cleaning lady was just so lovely and my suite with hot tub was stunning

Didnt like the area its in - Room was smaller than expected. But clean and we enjoyed our stay. I do think front of house staff at reception need to be more friendlier - it puts a damper when you aren't met with friendly staff as your first impression. Not sure it's worth £90 a night but everything is extortionate in Turkey.

Excellent customer service from start to finish, hotel was great, only let down would be the food in the restraunt pasta was very bland.

Nice hotel with limited functionality of my aircon. Worked for two hours and then auto switch off. Told staff, no cure. Air con was not able to lower room temp to comfy level but it was hot outside (41C). Elevators broke down several times during my week. Elevators did not go all the way to second floor Apart from those troubles, restaurant and pool bar staff are super. Reception staff, kind of ignorant...

They have a very nice atmosphere, and there were lots of amenities. The room was very nice and the staffs were diligent as well. I tried to figure out what was causing a smell from the toilet, ( guess it might just be our room) but they should check it out.

Excellent 5 star luxury. Location a bit in the middle and dangerous to walk but can get a taxi for a few pound .
