- I didn't like the monopoly of taxi drivers who stand at the entrance and don't let other taxi drivers called through the Yandex or Uber app in. I would also like to see a greater variety of freshly squeezed juices and desserts in the canteen.
Outdoor swimming pool was a little cold, but also had indoor pool at the spa. Also had fabulous water-slides.
But the shuttles to seaside are ready each 30 minutes
Disco is closed but other hotels not❌
The entertainment team are very rude and unprofessional 😠
It would be a good hotel for Turks but not other because they really have good manner to their own compatriots or the group that contains girls😒
Staff don’t speak English good at all🤭
The food were cold all the time and because low number of staff you have to wait for a long time to get anything you want 🥴 and the variety of food wasn’t good at all and you the same things everyday again and again!!!
Gym is really small and there is small number of machines and equipments
Indoor pool is out of service completely❌
It isn’t all inclusive at all because they didn’t serve you until 12pm🤕
The beach isn’t in front of hotel and you have to use vans or walk for 10-15 minutes to get there and it was at the same place of some other hotels 👎🏻
And if you talk to other people from different hotels you will find out how bad it is🧐
Anyway it was my second trip to Antalya and I didn’t enjoy this one at all SO NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL☠️☠️☠️☠️
After a long discussion, the receptionist managed to find us another hotel in the area.
Overall, not a very professional hotel and definitely not to be trusted.
