Good location, very healthy spa

The hotel is huge and offers excellent food at its breakfast and dinner buffets. However, the staff (especially reception) are not especially friendly and the thermal facilities are fairly small for the size of the hotel (one of the thermal pools is not even filled). The biggets disappointment is that the eco-awareness in the hotel is zero. We brought refillable metal water bottles with us, but...

We thank the staff for their interest. The facility has been revised, especially the pools are clean and the thermal facilities are quite nice... The rooms are also clean and useful... The food is diverse and has many options... Half board + tea time was also good... My one criticism would be if drinking water was provided free of charge at other times. 500 cc water per person in the mini bar is insufficient...

Location is good.Room are clean and very good .Pool ,Steam room ,Sauna room and thermal bath are very good.Breakfast and dinner are many kind very good

Resort hotel is not bad Recommended

2 km from Pammukale, but if to walk when not hot, or rent a bike, it is good, not crowdy Everything was clean, good enough, can't remember any troubles A bit in outside toilets and showers near thermals was a mess, need more frequent attention from staff to clean up after people Transfer was late

We went in August, we stayed for one day because our time was limited. It is an excellent hotel with everything, I would definitely recommend it.

An excellent hotel and very affordable. The staff is very caring and humble. Rooms are clean and spacious. In the evenings, I recommend you to drink tea in the samovar in the garden of the hotel in good health. Thank you very much for hosting us in the best way!
