Good location, very healthy spa

The hotel is huge and offers excellent food at its breakfast and dinner buffets. However, the staff (especially reception) are not especially friendly and the thermal facilities are fairly small for the size of the hotel (one of the thermal pools is not even filled). The biggets disappointment is that the eco-awareness in the hotel is zero. We brought refillable metal water bottles with us, but...

We thank the staff for their interest. The facility has been revised, especially the pools are clean and the thermal facilities are quite nice... The rooms are also clean and useful... The food is diverse and has many options... Half board + tea time was also good... My one criticism would be if drinking water was provided free of charge at other times. 500 cc water per person in the mini bar is insufficient...

This hotel is kind of out of the way. Nice thermal pool. We are on a bus tour and the buffet was chaotic and crowded. Food was bland. We offen avoid them, but because of location, there was nothing else to walk to. There is no elevator, but bell service will come and get your luggage. Room was clean and fairly well maintained.

It was a wonderful stay. The hot sulfur pools are amazing. The reception and dining hall are spacious and have a beautiful view of the hot water. The dining staff are also wonderful and friendly.

It was a life hot spring. Among the outdoor pools, the one with the most water is the warm hot spring that is just right for Koreans. The food was average, but I was satisfied with the price. The hot spring was so fun that I didn't want to bother going all the way to Pamukkale ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ I really hope I can go there again someday. Thank you for letting me use the sulfur hot spring.

This is a five star hotel located near Cotton Castle in Pamukkale. This is a good place to stay if you want to go Cotton Castle the next day. The hotel is huge. It has indoor, outdoor, and thermal pools. The food is okay, but it has the same variety as other food in other hotels in Turkiye. The room is clean and nice. We had a pleasant stay.

The rooms were fine here and the location is decent. This is a large group tour hotel and the buffets for dinner and breakfast, in a room with 80 round tables, were not good. Brings back the 1980’s.

The hotel is quite good. The walls are a little thin so you might wanna be careful when talking. The bathroom has no lock though. And a translucent door so make sure you announce to your roommates that you're headed to the bathroom. The main issue was language since none of the room service staff spoke English and we didn't speak Turkish, we could not communicate properly. The pools are great....

We came from São Paulo. We stayed at the hotel for 3 days. We rested so well in the famous healing waters of Denizli... We had a beautiful holiday in nature, away from all the stress of life. The rooms are incredibly clean. The housekeeper is very attentive. All the employees are smiling. 3 km from Pamukkale. I will recommend it to those who want to come and to my friends who want holiday suggestions...

Hotel seems old and outdated In my case, the air-conditioner and refrigerators was not working and I had to change the rooms which are too much inside and with long lobby the lights in the room and passages were also inadequate. But on the positive side it has a good swimming pool, good restaurant and a thermal. Pool pool, which is a plus point

We stay only 1 night here after visiting hot spring. The lobby looks amazing and has nice spiral staircase to the restaurant. There are 1 twin bed and 1 single bed in the room. Room is clean. Surrounding has beautiful old trees. We also had our dinner and breakfast in the Polat restaurant. Food is good.

This spot is good for a weekend trip. It looks small from the outside but is a hidden gem from the inside. There are two swimming pools, massage areas, one hot spring whirl pool. Great hotel to stay at whilst in the area. They have 4 pools which makes sure that you are never crowded. 2 pools in the open and 2 pools in the bottom level by the hamam. One pool at 32 degrees and one supplied by the hot springs in both areas. Service was excellent and the breakfast was really great. Would definitely come back here if I get a chance to visit the area again.

Excellent property and good service! They have the spring water coming in all the ensuite bathrooms. Regular and hot water pools along with Jacuzzi was a hot amongst kids. Breakfast could be better as there were limited hot food options. But there are a lot of restaurants just a stone throw away. A supermarket is also available right across.

The best asset of this property is undoubtedly its staff! They were all incredibly welcoming and committed to creating the best possible experience. This is such an amazing hotel, it deserves to be a 5 star. It got a spa, 3 different pools, and a playground. The buffet has very incredible foods. Also, the rooms are very clean.

Amazing dinner buffet! We could not possibly try all the dishes! Everything tasted amazing. We wished we were staying here more than one night. Thermal pool was so nice and relaxing. We really hope to come back here some day again. Must stay when you are in Pamukkale!

This is a fairly large hotel that does service large bus groups. Location is about 10 minutes drive from the lower access point to the terraces. The stay was very nice. Breakfast and dinner was included. Dinner and breakfast was good. The spa thermal pool was a nice experience. The pool outside was nice. It’s about 1 hour to walk to Pamukkale, but a short trip with taxi.

After receiving 2 rounds of PRP injections for a 30 year ongoing knee issue, it was so great to be able to stay and receive daily personalized knee therapy treatments here. I can describe this hotel as simply excellent. The building is very nice, plenty of cool marble, modern furniture and complete clean environment. The room is nice, clean and tidy, with a large balcony and a swimming pool under the balcony. It is about 200 meters away from the middle gate of Pamukkale and can be reached on foot.

Not our favourite hotel in Turkey. The room was basic, and most things looked a bit tattered. It smelt overpoweringly of disinfectant when we arrived, but nothing compared to the smell of the drain when we tried to brush our teeth. There was no shower curtain, and no hook for the shower head, so we had to shower with hand hand holding the shower head. I guess you get what you pay for.

The host of this hotel is good. He is sleeping in the counter at midnight. But whenever you need help at 3am, he will give you a helping hand. He is 100/100! Location is a bit far to the city center when comparing to other hotels. But given for this price, I think it’s very good. There is no cover for the bathing area, so water flash out when showering.

It's really nice. It's clean and has a shower. The cats are cute too. There are a lot of stairs to get to the room, so it's a pain if you have a carrier.

After being attacked at Sunrise Aya, these guys came to my rescue. They were absolutely wonderful! Every single person who was working here was absolutely wonderful! I have much more that I plan on adding when I have more time.

Very pretty courtyard. Stayed for two hours as a drop off point. Hospitable hosts and friendly. Toilet on 3rd floor though so that was mildly annoying, but nice views from up there. Again, marvelous courtyard.

Very friendly english speaking staff, clean rooms with sizable bathrooms. The breakfast is a truly authentic turkish breakfast with fresh local produce and some good tea ( çay ) It is located 5 min walk from the main tourist sites in area and a must visit if if you are in the area and want to experience true turkish hospitality

Basic hotel with a good pool and small bar area. Hotel is across the road from Pamukkale cotton castle. Easy walking distance to sites/ restaurants and shops. Room was basic but comfortable and the staff, espcially fatima, were super helpful.

Uyum Hotel Pamukkale 863839797 Very large hotel with over 100 rooms and a large swimming pool. Room 206 on main floor. Room good size with king and single twin bed. No desk, lamp or chair. Had to work on computer laying in bed. No in-room safe. Room had a balcony with railing so able to dry clothes outside. Shower door broken but closed most of way. No holder for shower wand as in the last hotel...

The place was lovely. The host at the reception was very helpful with the information provided. Few minutes walk to the gate of Pamukkale entrace. If you are a solo traveller i suggest 2nights is enough to spend in this town.

The hotel is located very close to the main sightseeing places - travertines and Hierapolis. Nice places to eat are even closer (White House, Mehmet's Heaven). Considering the price, breakfasts were excellent - the real Turkish breakfast with everything in place. Not even once I managed to eat everything that was included.
