The hotel is overcrowded every day with day-trippers, very noisy in the hallways every evening, and departures start shortly after 6 a.m. with busloads of people on day trips. It's impossible to relax and enjoy a few days' vacation. The rooms are old and in dire need of renovation. We even left a day early because there was simply no hot water.

I arrived early on an overnight bus, but I was able to check in at 10am, which I was very grateful for. The spa facilities were also excellent, so I was able to spend a relaxing time. They also arranged for a shuttle bus to the airport, which was very helpful.

The hot springs are fantastic, especially the mud bath where there's a thick layer of mud at the bottom. There are both outdoor and indoor hot springs; the outdoor area even has two levels, plus there's an indoor hot spring and a swimming pool.

Excellent hotel, excellent service, the staff tries and smiles, the hot springs are just TOP. Everything is delicious, the food is good. I especially recommend visiting the SPA after the hot springs: many thanks for the excellent massages to the specialist Wegt, she really knows her business!

A decent hotel let down by its poor restaurant. The food, while colourful, is tasteless and textureless, I ate couple of mouthfuls of each corse and oeft the rest. There is only a buffet available. There are lots of local resraurants nearby, I recommend trying them instead.

Good hotel - value for money. Had a Turkish bath at this hotel - fabulous experience and highly recommend this. Breakfast buffet was average but dinner buffet excellent. The hotel has a thermal pool which got mixed reviews from fellow guests. Negative was the hair dryer - hotel should invest in more modern equipment for the hairdryer in the bathrooms.

Great location of the hotel which isn't too close to the main attraction. Very spacious hotel designed with views of gardens from each room. There's also a Thermal tap to have a bath in the thermal water. Great hotel overall.

Osman, owner's son, was very helpful, dropped us off at Pamukkale North Gate and with a fee fetched us at a time convenient to us to Danizli to catch a train. And introduced us to a Danizli Kebab fast food restaurant near the train station. He took pride in his hometown and his business. Breakfast was simple yet delicious!

We had very pleasant stay at Mucize Thermal Spa and found it excellent in services, facilities and location.

I'm a traveler from Japan. The location, room size, and cleanliness were all excellent. I was especially impressed by how friendly the staff were. I would especially recommend this hotel for those who are worried about language skills. Each room also has a hot spring, which is a must-see for Japanese people. The rooms are pretty basic but fine for us. We stayed in a large double room. Breakfast was 2 Euro per person (we visited in March). Each room has a balcony. You can park at the street in front of the hotel. We tried the thermal pool - the water looks a little dirty but the temperature is very warm. We liked it.

If your just looking for a bed while you visit Pamukkale this is your place. You will have your own thermal bath in your room but also a shared bath that can be access 24 hours a day, it was actually nicer than the water at Pamukkale in our opinion. Would come back. Would recommend.

Clean hotel with termal pool and tub It's located in city center. Restaurants and shopping options are in walking distance. Pamukkale travertine is 10 minutes drive. A couple of reading lamps would be great but overall we were happy to stay at this hotel.

The hotel was clean and comfortable. It was also good the local market was near by.

This hot spring hotel is a great value in every aspect, especially the hotel's hot spring swimming pool is very unique, and every room has a hot spring bathtub. This is a very ideal accommodation when you come to Pamukkale.

We were accommodated quickly and without any problems at the hotel, which we only went to for one day, and we were happy that they gave us their larger and upper segment rooms.
