Hotels with pool in Pamukkale

We thank the staff for their interest. The facility has been revised, especially the pools are clean and the thermal facilities are quite nice. The rooms are also clean and useful

However, the staff (especially reception) are not especially friendly and the thermal facilities are fairly small for the size of the hotel (one of the thermal pools is not even filled)

Even on the tables in the dining room, water is served in disposable plastic cartons - not jugs with glasses to drink from - and so the management really need to take a close look at the apalling eco-credentials of this hotel

We brought refillable metal water bottles with us, but we were told we could not refill them at breakfast as we must buy plastic bottles every time we wanted to get water

This is shocking, and for a hotel in this day and age to only be using plastic water bottles is disappointing and enough to put us off returning

The biggets disappointment is that the eco-awareness in the hotel is zero

Our tour company selected this hotel for us. The room was fine—not too spacious, but just enough, and definitely not cramped. It had all the essential amenities: air conditioning, a TV, and a well-equipped bathroom

In addition, I had to pay cash because the owner said he had to pay his staff immediately. The attitude of the owner after the massage was unprofessional and annoying, which really ruined my experience

To reach the room, there were many stairs. The hotel staff helped carry our luggage to the entrance of the room corridor, and from there, we took it to our room ourselves

Very nice hotel. The best in the area. One thing that could be improved is a music at the pool. There could be much softer melodies without loud vocals that would allow guests to enjoy the hotel/clinic even better.

It was a wonderful stay. The hot sulfur pools are amazing. The reception and dining hall are spacious and have a beautiful view of the hot water. The dining staff are also wonderful and friendly.

Among the outdoor pools, the one with the most water is the warm hot spring that is just right for Koreans. The food was average, but I was satisfied with the price

Beautiful hotel with many blocks and clean rooms. The bed and towels are clean and hygienic. The thermal pool is a great place to relax after a long day of walking

We really enjoyed the hotel and swimming at the thermal pools. There is thermal pool outside with a great view especially at the sunset and two pools inside, one deep for adults and one shallow for kids

We plunged into clear pool with cold water after hot springs and it was a blast! The breakfast and dinner food were great - lots of salads, veggies, fruits, fish, chicken, beef, great deserts

Outside and inside pools have several water fountains where you can stand and massage your neck and shoulders

Rooms are renovated, beds are comfy. There were no bus groups but lots of locals and other tourist with families. In the evening we set by the fireplace in the main hall that made atmosphere super cozy and warm

Loved the indoor thermal hot spring. Food very good. Pools to cold. No washcloths. Said use pool towels but then charged for them. We didnt bring money down to swim. Had to walk to room wet.

One pool at 32 degrees and one supplied by the hot springs in both areas. Service was excellent and the breakfast was really great. Would definitely come back here if I get a chance to visit the area again

The room is very spacious and very warm even floor. The room has everything you need. The bathroom has its own faucet with thermal water! Breakfast is very good. We really liked the outdoor pools

Great hotel to stay at whilst in the area. They have 4 pools which makes sure that you are never crowded. 2 pools in the open and 2 pools in the bottom level by the hamam

This spot is good for a weekend trip. It looks small from the outside but is a hidden gem from the inside. There are two swimming pools, massage areas, one hot spring whirl pool

One swimming pool is on the outside and one is in the basement floor. The rooms are warm und beautifully designed. This place is suitable for family trips and family

We came to this hotel for the weekend. We did not book a room, there was no double room and we were kindly upgraded to a room at no extra charge. Everywhere in the hotel and on the territory is clean and warm

This is such an amazing hotel, it deserves to be a 5 star. It got a spa, 3 different pools, and a playground. The buffet has very incredible foods. Also, the rooms are very clean.

We had great time at Hierapark Spa Hotel, This is a decent very clean superior 5 star hotel with an excellent location, and very hospitable staff at the reception specially Ummu and Müzeyyen ! I found nothing to complain about (sometimes I am notorious) Location is very close to central "happening" points on interest but not in walking distance. A magical vista presents itself after sundown

Some “STANDARD” rooms do not have bathtubs, but the “DELUXE” rooms all have bathtubs and are slightly larger than the “STANDARD” rooms. I arrived via Denizli Airport, which is an hour away from the hotel by car

I can describe this hotel as simply excellent. The building is very nice, plenty of cool marble, modern furniture and complete clean environment. The hidden mineral pool is the pearl of the hotel

40 degrees centigrade water packed with minerals is super healthy. The food in hotel requires a special article. It is so good, fresh and plentiful. The staff is so helpful and obliging that it is admirable

The breakfast is a truly authentic turkish breakfast with fresh local produce and some good tea ( çay ) It is located 5 min walk from the main tourist sites in area and a must visit if if you are in the area and want to experience true turkish hospitality

Nice hotel, our air conditioner was broken, but with the local weather at the time.. who needs it!? The breakfast was great, the staff was nice, and I could have stayed in their courtyard all night. Beautiful stay 👍

Very pretty courtyard. Stayed for two hours as a drop off point. Hospitable hosts and friendly. Toilet on 3rd floor though so that was mildly annoying, but nice views from up there. Again, marvelous courtyard.

Bellamaritimo is maybe not the newest hotel, but it is at a fine spot - we could see Pamukkale from our balcony and also see the hot air balloons in the morning when the sun was rising! The pool(s) and the courtyard are super nice and clean and very new! It was so much fun to cool down there after an exciting day

Once, while enjoying the pool in the afternoon, the owner presented us two glasses of chilled pomegranate wine - that on a hot summer day is absolutely fantastic! 😍 The rooms were simple, but clean, as was the bathroom

It was a off season vacation. So we didnt use the pool. The hotel was clean. The breakfast was good.

We had already booked a hot air ballon ride for the first morning, but for the rest Halim's advice was extremely helpful! Breakfast (see the picture) at the hotel made us very happy and we also had dinner once at the hotel (the picture is not showing the delicious salad we had with it, but you'll get the picture)

But we didn't spend that much time inside anyways. 😎☀️ So, altogether, I can warmly recommend this hotel for your stay at Pamukkale - it's a grand choice! Last but not least, it's also a very affordable option

The host at the reception was very helpful with the information provided. Few minutes walk to the gate of Pamukkale entrace. If you are a solo traveller i suggest 2nights is enough to spend in this town

Dinner and lunch soups are good. However, the breakfast is below average. Cheese bread olives tomatoes cucumber tea watermelon. Don't expect anything special or hot. Thermal pools are very old and neglected

You can't find tea and water at any other time, they don't serve it. There is an old aunt who warns that the children are making noise in the pool

Floors in the room with heating. The blankets are warm, the bed is clean. In the bath in the room there is a faucet with hot thermal living water. The hotel pool with warm thermal water is always open
