This hotel is located in city center of Rize, walking to all the city facilities and transportation station, clean bed , pillows, toilet and room is spacious, staff are so friendly and cooperative, you will feel home immediately.

The breakfast buffet at Keles Otel in Rize was an unforgettable experience, all thanks to Getin and Makbule. Their hospitality went above and beyond—they treated us, and all the guests, with such warmth and care, as if we were visiting their home. The food was delicious, but their genuine kindness and attentiveness truly made the experience exceptional. Thank you for making our stay so special!

The first thing that impressed me about the Rize accommodation was the elevator that could only accommodate one person. The staff is good. But unfortunately the room was not clean. I must say the sheets looked clean. But the general cleanliness was bad. There were bugs in the room. The bottom of the bed was very dirty. I don't think I will stay again. The location is good.

When I arrived to the hotel, the reception, welcomed really friendly and explain me all the information that I need for my stay. Also, informed that in the lobby there is access to cay and coffee all the time, which is really nice. I received a room at the first floor and I was surprised that the room was so big. The location of the hotel was very very nice and close to city center. There were a restaurant at the top of the hotel where you can find some very tasty turkish food. The staff was very kind. When I was staying there, Huseyin abi, Ali abi, Cem abi who owns this hotel helped me a lot. I recommend to visitors to stay there. Btw the prices were affordable

It was a clean room with a large bed, desk, mini fridge and closet space. The bathroom had adequate space and overall it was a pleasant stay. We had a non-smoking room, which was a relief since we dislike a room that smells of cigarettes another plus is that pets are allowed.

For the value it is very reasonable.Very clean .My only problem is that they allow people smoking in the rooms.Very heavy smell in our room.Other than we were very happy with our stay.Helpfull and very polite staff,

Not worth it's bang for it's buck! I should have stayed at Hotel 53 for $5 less even though their reviews were terrible. The location of the hotel is not that bad but not great either. Good location. You can feel and see the hustle and bustle of Rize from your balcony. Parking service is available 🙏 and it was very necessary. The breakfast was very good, you could enjoy the wide range of Turkish cuisine. Every member of the staff was very friendly.

Great hotel! You are literally positioned in the inner most center of Rize. The breakfast is fabulous. They serve the famous cheese dip (can’t remember what it’s called). The rooms are nice. The staff are helpful. They have lizards and a bird that are great for little kids. Trust me, stay here

I spent one night here. Rhisos Hotel is the best place to stay in the middle of the city. Receptionist was very cute and friendly. The room was clean and the breakfast was good. If i visit Rize again, i will stay here again!

We are cycling across Türkiye. As soon as we arrived, our host, Muhammed, made us feel very welcome. There was space to store our bikes securely. I had a problem with my bike and he recommended a great local cycle shop to help me. Also very convenient location, clean rooms and good breakfast 😋

This was a beautiful hotel and we had a room with the sea view. We were there one day and two night. The day we stayed there was raining all day and we spent a good time at the indoor pool and the spa. Breakfast was excellent and the staff were polite

We had a great stay, location is beautiful (right next to the see). Our room had a sea view, breakfast area is on the 15th floor with amazing views all around. Staff are very polite and extremely helpful, assisted with our specific requests without hesitation! Keep up the great work!

Spacious hotel. Rooms comfortable but very warm. Reception told us that had only heating in Dec & to open the windows to cool our rooms down. It was still too warm!

Everything about the hotel and stuff was exceptional. The only reason I am giving 3 stars for service is because the gym opens very late (8 a.m). Usually when on a work trip you want to get your workout in as early as possible and it just was not possible at this hotel.
