The breakfast buffet at Keles Otel in Rize was an unforgettable experience, all thanks to Getin and Makbule. Their hospitality went above and beyond—they treated us, and all the guests, with such warmth and care, as if we were visiting their home. The food was delicious, but their genuine kindness and attentiveness truly made the experience exceptional. Thank you for making our stay so special!

This hotel is located in city center of Rize, walking to all the city facilities and transportation station, clean bed , pillows, toilet and room is spacious, staff are so friendly and cooperative, you will feel home immediately.

The first thing that impressed me about the Rize accommodation was the elevator that could only accommodate one person. Since it is a hotel located in the city center, it is convenient to get around anywhere, and the staff were very friendly. I forgot to ask why the 8th floor is called the “R” floor. The air conditioner in the room I first entered was broken, so I asked to change rooms. They accepted and I was able to move to a different room. The facilities are old, but in other ways, it is worth recommending. I really wish the Turkish room was strictly non-smoking. It would be a bit difficult for non-smokers.

Near hotel, not have parking, they must take out in description free parking, near hotel all the time all street occupied. At room, do not have moscit nets, air condition almost not working( filter fully dirty and stuck filter). Only personal is good and breakfast. Not recommend this jotel.

Three stars is too much for this hotel,they sent me to three room because of cockroach,their breakfast was really lower than what you think,their staff can't speak english fluently (non of them),and you can't feel safe enough at this hotel,all the night I can't sleep well,thus this hotel is really lower than it's price

The staff is good. But unfortunately the room was not clean. I must say the sheets looked clean. But the general cleanliness was bad. There were bugs in the room. The bottom of the bed was very dirty. I don't think I will stay again. The location is good.

When I arrived to the hotel, the reception, welcomed really friendly and explain me all the information that I need for my stay.
Also, informed that in the lobby there is access to cay and coffee all the time, which is really nice.
I received a room at the first floor and I was surprised that the room was so big. It was a room for 4 persons.
The room was nice, with comfort beds. The showers were clean and full staffed.
But, I think that the biggest plus of my stay was the breakfast buffet.
Really nice selection of cold and hot food.
Also, I have to say all the kindest words to the kitchen lady.
She told me that soon they will have Menemen, which I didn't understand, but once she brought it, she specially prepared for me a dish.

Would not recommend this hotel due to the size of the elevator alone.
It barely fits two people and that is without luggage.
Lets just say you are a hugger and love being in peoples personal space, I hope you are also a smoker too. Because if not you sure will be as every room smells of smoke due to poor airflow. We had to open windows in order to breath on a cold winters day.
This should be labeled as a pension or youth hotel.
