The only reason I am giving 3 stars for service is because the gym opens very late (8 a.m). Usually when on a work trip you want to get your workout in as early as possible and it just was not possible at this hotel.
The highlight of my visit was the exceptional service. I would like to give special thanks to Yiğit at the reception. His warm welcome, professionalism, and helpfulness made me feel truly at home. He went out of his way to assist with every detail, and his kind attitude really added a personal touch to my stay.
This level of hospitality makes a big difference, and I highly recommend Ramada Plaza Rize to anyone visiting the area. I will definitely return, and I sincerely thank Mr Yiğit in reception and the whole team for making my trip memorable.
The hotel itself exceeded expectations with spotless rooms, a breathtaking view and consistently prompt service. Everything ran smoothly and effortlessly, and I could not recommend the Ramada Plaza more for anyone visiting Rize.
