Ramada Plaza by Wyndham Rize in Rize

We had a great stay, location is beautiful (right next to the see). Our room had a sea view, breakfast area is on the 15th floor with amazing views all around.
Staff are very polite and extremely helpful, assisted with our specific requests without hesitation!

Ramadan is one of the few places where I can relax at the end of a very comfortable, peaceful and tiring day.

Spacious hotel. Rooms comfortable but very warm. Reception told us that had only heating in Dec & to open the windows to cool our rooms down. It was still too warm!

This was my first visit to Rize, and I’m glad I chose the Ramada Plaza — it was a wonderful choice! Everything was excellent: the room was spacious, the location was amazing, the service and reception were outstanding, and the breakfast was delicious. Highly recommended!

Everything about the hotel and stuff was exceptional.

The only reason I am giving 3 stars for service is because the gym opens very late (8 a.m). Usually when on a work trip you want to get your workout in as early as possible and it just was not possible at this hotel.

I had a wonderful stay at Ramada Plaza Rize. The hotel is beautifully designed, very clean, and perfectly located with amazing sea views. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the atmosphere is calm and welcoming.

The highlight of my visit was the exceptional service. I would like to give special thanks to Yiğit at the reception. His warm welcome, professionalism, and helpfulness made me feel truly at home. He went out of his way to assist with every detail, and his kind attitude really added a personal touch to my stay.

This level of hospitality makes a big difference, and I highly recommend Ramada Plaza Rize to anyone visiting the area. I will definitely return, and I sincerely thank Mr Yiğit in reception and the whole team for making my trip memorable.

The hotel is excellent, we recommend it. It is located in a lively area, overlooking the sea. The family room is very spacious and comfortable. The breakfast is rich. Our stay was wonderful. The welcome from some of those at the reception is lacking.
