It is good value for your money. The facility was short staffed. But could be due to Ramadan. The only thing that annoyed me was the payment processing. Staff continuously encourage you to make a money transfer instead of using credit card. Using an Amex is nightmare. They don’t like it and make it very hard to use it. This great facility needs better mindset to operate.

Why would you go to a hotel if you're sick and coughing up every 3 minutes? Its a bad hotel because its not clean enough and people should not go to hotels while being sick its just disgusting and irresponsible for the people who just spread germs to everybody else

The hotel is amazing with excellent services. Ms. Malak at the spa gave my wife a fantastic massage—she was incredibly kind and professional. Many thanks to her for the outstanding spa experience.

We liked our stay very much. The staff is friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and spacious. Food is delicious with many options. The hotel is located in a peaceful area close to the city. We used Spa amenities as well, I would like to thank Melek hanım for great care and a very relaxing massage. Spa area is also very clean with many possibilities of how to spend time. I enjoyed sauna and thermal pools. Hotel is also a bit conservative, with no alcohol options available, but it is a perfect place if you just want to enjoy peaceful enviroment and thermal water.

My stay at Alusso Thermal Hotel was truly exceptional! From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with such warmth and professionalism. A special shoutout to Sali, the bellman (who should be the main manager here) who went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable. His excellent English made communication a breeze, and he was always ready to assist with anything I needed. His professionalism and attention to detail truly reflect his capability as a manager – he deserves the title!

Another highlight of my stay was the spa experience. Mrs. Sultan, the massage therapist, provided one of the best massages I’ve ever had. Her technique was both soothing and therapeutic, and she made sure to tailor the session to my specific needs. I left the spa feeling completely rejuvenated and relaxed.

The hotel itself is fantastic, with luxurious thermal facilities, impeccable cleanliness, and a peaceful atmosphere. Whether you're looking to unwind in the thermal baths or enjoy a world-class massage, Alusso Thermal is the perfect place to recharge. I can’t recommend this hotel enough, and I will definitely be back!

This beautiful hotel interrupted serving for some time. However, it is in service again.
As a SPA hotel, it is among the top ten in the world.
Its thermal pools are well constructed for long time stay. You can live there for the whole day without feeling any breath shortness.
The Turkish Bath (hamam) is the best one you can't find anywhere else.
The are some issues to be resolved but they can be implemented very fast if the management is willing to fix them.

Beautiful hotel and location, but the best part of my stay was visiting the spa and I had the best massage of my life, by the most amazing and lovely masseuse Mrs Sultan, I will be visiting again just for her, THE BEST THANK YOU !!!

What can I say and where do I start in regards to my family and I’s stay at this wonderful hotel. Let’s start with first impressions then I’ll get to the good stuff. First impressions is “WOW”, this is truly a five star resort. From the architecture, to the cleanliness, to the staff being so polite and welcoming. To the food being fresh and amazing every time. Not just once, we stayed here for 4 nights and every day breakfast, brunch, and dinner was as fresh and appetizing as can be. Our main reason for vacationing here was to celebrate my wedding anniversary. And when I mentioned this to the manager Mahmut bey, he went above and beyond in helping arrange a private dinner for my family and I at Lal Restaurant. Now get this, no extra charge! I don’t know if any other 5 star hotel that would do this. Factor in amazing hygienic swimming areas for men only, women only and mix. This is the one stop shop for anyone looking for a clean, calming stay in this wonderful city named Afyon, and even more amazing hotel named Alusso. So to the staff and the Alusso brand, once again thank you and hope to be back soon. To everyone looking for an amazing resort experience and not sure where to go, this is definitely the spot! Enjoy your stay, and thank me later.
