This beautiful hotel interrupted serving for some time. However, it is in service again.
As a SPA hotel, it is among the top ten in the world.
Its thermal pools are well constructed for long time stay. You can live there for the whole day without feeling any breath shortness.
The Turkish Bath (hamam) is the best one you can't find anywhere else.
The are some issues to be resolved but they can be implemented very fast if the management is willing to fix them.

Beautiful hotel and location, but the best part of my stay was visiting the spa and I had the best massage of my life, by the most amazing and lovely masseuse Mrs Sultan, I will be visiting again just for her, THE BEST THANK YOU !!!
What can I say and where do I start in regards to my family and I’s stay at this wonderful hotel. Let’s start with first impressions then I’ll get to the good stuff. First impressions is “WOW”, this is truly a five star resort. From the architecture, to the cleanliness, to the staff being so polite and welcoming. To the food being fresh and amazing every time. Not just once, we stayed here for 4 nights and every day breakfast, brunch, and dinner was as fresh and appetizing as can be. Our main reason for vacationing here was to celebrate my wedding anniversary. And when I mentioned this to the manager Mahmut bey, he went above and beyond in helping arrange a private dinner for my family and I at Lal Restaurant. Now get this, no extra charge! I don’t know if any other 5 star hotel that would do this. Factor in amazing hygienic swimming areas for men only, women only and mix. This is the one stop shop for anyone looking for a clean, calming stay in this wonderful city named Afyon, and even more amazing hotel named Alusso. So to the staff and the Alusso brand, once again thank you and hope to be back soon. To everyone looking for an amazing resort experience and not sure where to go, this is definitely the spot! Enjoy your stay, and thank me later.

We were guests at Alusso thermal for exactly ten days with my wife. When you go to a newly opened facility, people do not feel fear and doubt. The atomic ant Cemre lady, who welcomes you with her smile at the entrance, relieves your anxiety. He is so active and lively for ten days that he has a tireless energy. First of all, we thank him. We stayed for ten nights with the comfort of our home in our clean, spacious, huge balcony and sun-drenched room that Ahmet Bey chose for us because we would stay longer than I am at the reception. While thanking him, I would also like to express my gratitude to Mr. Süleyman, who stopped doing what he was doing when the air in my car's tire was low and came running to report to me. The rooms were great, the thermal pools were clean and warm. All the pools, saunas and steam rooms were adequate.
The dishes were all delicious and there was a lot of choice. We would like to thank all our chefs, especially waiter Ali.
We have been to almost all 5-star hotels in Afyon. If they continue in this way, there will be no obstacles in their way to become the most beautiful and best hotel in the region.
