I’ve been here before. I liked it then and now I dis more. The professional atmosphere makes it comfortable and sincere as the staff puts a lot of effort into their profession. Not only the restaurant part but also other parts of the hotel raises the scale all. Many thanks to all. See you another time. PS: Food was amazing!!!

From the moment we arrived at NG Afyon, we were impressed by the spotless cleanliness and truly 5-star service. The staff are absolutely outstanding – friendly, attentive, and always going above and beyond to make your stay unforgettable.

The thermal water here is simply the best we’ve ever experienced – pure relaxation and rejuvenation. The breakfast, dinner, and even afternoon tea are all included, and the quality of the food is on par with the best hotels in the world. Every meal was a delight, with a wide variety of fresh, flavorful dishes.

We especially appreciated the warmth and professionalism of the team – their dedication makes all the difference. Amazing staff, amazing food, and an atmosphere that makes you feel truly pampered.

The hotel is very clean, well organized. Thr spa facilities, hamam, pool and slides are fantastic. Food, well, been in a couple of 5 star hotels around the world, it easily plays on top 5. Especially dinner is quite wonderful. The staff is very polite. Would recommend to my friends.

beş yaşındaki kızımızla tercih ettiğiniz otelde iki akşam konakladık. Spa çok keyifli temiz ve gayet sıcaktı, ortak havuzlar vs gayet tatmin edici. Yemek kalitesine diyecek laf yok. Kat görevlileri çok kibardı ve isteklerimize anında yanıt alabildik. Personele diyecek hiçbir lafımız yok herkes güler yüzlüydü. Yine tercih edebileceğimiz bir otel olacak. Minikler için olan Sincap club çok iyiydi. Her zaman bir etkinlik var ve güvenliydi. Ben eksik olarak sadece kadın erkek karışık hamam olabilirdi kanısındayım. Aile hamamı kiralamak bana mantıksız geldi çünkü. Onun dışında çok memnun kaldık, herkese tavsiye ederim

All compliments for this hotel. From welness and spa, rooms, reception, restaurant and caffees , all services were perfect. Food is delicious, with variaty of selection, even for people with special diet requirements. All staff is very professional and kind, making guest feel relaxed at evey moment. All facilities, including pools and spa are very very clean.

Hersey çok güzel iz bırakan oteller arasına girdi bile✌️ Havuzlar, hamam, bahçe, yemekler süper. Sadece içerideki kaydıraklı havuz çok temiz değildi. Birde odadaki haliflexler çok kirlenmiş artık, hijyenik değil. Kaldırılıp sadece parke olsa daha güzel olur. Türk kahvesi lezzetli değildi bazı personeller özensiz sunumla getiriyordu. Bunların dışında hersey çok güzel, cocuklarimda çok sevdi.💓

I'm not usually a big fan of hotels and resorts but my wife requested we go to NG Afyon on recommendation from her family. And I am so happy we went. The customer service is exceptional. Uğur bey and his team exemplify Turkish hospitality. Yeşim hanım attended to all of our enquiries. Selami bey greeted us with a smile every time we walked past the front desk and was extremely helpful with our luggage. The restaurant is also amazing. The breakfast and dinner buffets have all sorts of local and continental foods on offer. There were so many unique flavours to try during our stay. The staff on duty - Ali bey, Musa bey, Murat bey, Ahmet bey, Mehmet bey and Ibrahim bey attended to all of our needs and requests. They did not leave a stone unturned to ensure we dined in style. The pools were clean and well kept, with a variety of indoor and outdoor pools operating at different temperatures. Plenty of lifeguards keeping an eye on guests at all times. Water slides for the kids and adults who want to unleash their inner child too. I highly recommend booking a family (aile) hamam if you are a family or couple for a more private setting. Zehra hanım at the Spa Desk was helpful in arranging our hamam and our massages. My wife and I booked the Gold (altın) package. We were extremely pleased with the traditional oil massage provided by our masseuses Mira hanım and Vayan hanım. Clean towels, relaxing music, ambient room temperature and two professionals who really knew how to unlock all the knots in our muscles. On my final day I also received a kese köpük massage in the hamam from Ramazan bey. Once again, extremely pleased with the service and the care to accomodate my requests. Overall an exceptional stay and I look forward to bringing my wife here again.
