Basaranlar Thermal Hotel in Gazligol

Stayed 2 nights. Overall it has been a good experience. In summary:
Positives:
- clean
- friendly staff, good customer service
- spacious room with a small kitchenette. We did not use it, but you can cook your own food.
- big bath tub in the room, so you can benefit thermal spring water anytime in private.
- competitive price among similar hotels in the area.
- Especially I liked food being served to table. With open buffet services, food is wasted, which I do not like.

Negatives: none. It would be good to have separate men's and women's pools, saunas, etc. However, it was not a big deal with having a very big tub in the room.

Surprisingly relaxing stay. Buildings, furniture and gardens are a bit outdated but the atmosphere is relaxing and enjoyable. Plenty of families holidaying here.

It was good for my soul. I haven't felt this way in a long time. The silence, the nature, the fresh air, and the meticulous attention to detail felt so good. Waking up to the sound of birdsong, starting the day with a healthy, fresh breakfast, then taking a walk or relaxing in the spa... This vacation was a blessing not only for my body but also for my soul. I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone looking to treat themselves.

The spa was fabulous! Yasmine is excellent… cheerful, efficient and great at giving treatments!!! Solemon at the front desk was a lifesaver for me. No one spoke English and I couldn’t book a bus online with a US credit card so he made the res snd paid for it with his credit card and Zi reimbursed him. Google translate and good hand signals a must uf you don’t speak Turkish but the thermal bath in the room and the peacefulness of the area mskes this spot an exceptional find!

A real gem of the region! A unique spa right in your room, heated stone floors, soundproofing and spaciousness. There is also a green area available where it is absolutely safe for children of all ages. There are many animals on the territory, a large playground, and a store. Very quiet, calm, cozy. I would especially like to note the SPA complex: you should definitely go there - it has good infrastructure (mineral thermal pool, hamam, sauna, steam bath, 20m swimming pool) and excellent staff.

We used Basaranlar Termal as an overnight stay to break up a long drive, and wanted to try a Termal resort. We knew each villa had its own private thermal pool/hammam-like bathroom. Such a great treat for tired muscles. The actual villa is also heated thermally...which made it quite warm. We balanced with open windows to reach our temperature taste. We traveled in May....but we did not see any AC which might be an issue in summer. Room was clean, average, comfortable. Except for the thermal pool...no frills. The grounds were wonderful to walk....there is a zoo of farm animals to visit. The keeper is kindly, and showed us each animal. This is a conservative resort....there were special hours for women to use the pool for example. This was of no concern for us, but should be noted. We did not have time for any of the spa services...on the road again very quickly, refreshed. We think Basaranlar a lovely family resort.

Me and my dad are from Kazakhstan and came to Basaranlar for the first time because we were looking for a good sanatorium…this is one of the best places in the world to rest and turn to alternative medicine. The facilities are superb and the staff are world class professionals who made sure we had everything we needed and happy at all times. My dream is to come back here in the future with my whole family

10/10 would boil myself in 60C swimming pool again!

Perfect thermal facility. Very cheap and clear. There are two types of Villas.
1 bedroom + 1 living room + kitchen + WC + Bathroom with private pool

Private pools are big enough for 5 people family. Size is not enough for swimming but enough for enjoy with your family.

We came here in winter but our villa was very hot. Villa like your own home. You can come here as family. Price is for a villa, guest quantity is not counted.

Outside, there are playground for kids, outdoor gym for adults, small zoo for kids, restaurant, cafe, football area, big pool for all hotel guests and spa center. You can come here as family and enjoy a full weekend.

Strongly recommended especially for families.
