Sure the hotel not 5 star hotei may be 3 star location was good food not bad to have any drink except tea you have to pay extra fee first hotel the water stop while we talking shower .

Hotel is really great. Price for spa is a bit hight but the rest were perfect from the food to the hot swimming pools

We stayed with our family for two days. The breakfast was excellent, and the dinners were also very good and delicious. Everything was in a clean and well-organized hotel. The staff was very friendly and responsive to our questions and requests. The thermal pools were very clean and worked regularly. We extend our sincere thanks to the staff and managers of Ikbal Hotel. We recommend the hotel to everyone.

I give it five for the lack of people. It doesn't reach five real stars, but the staff is very decent. Thermal pools and hamam work, which is rare these days.

A wonderful hotel with a spa complex: sauna, Turkish bath, jacuzzi, as well as a swimming pool inside the complex and outside with warm water, in which even in cold weather it is pleasant to swim, and a thermal pool, which is also outside, with very hot water, which is especially pleasant in cold weather.

Everything is great. Food, pool, nature, there is a shopping mall right next to it, transportation is very easy, there is no parking problem, half board, open buffet breakfast in the morning, snack time in the afternoon and open buffet dinner are full of wonderful tastes.
