Akropolis Guest House in Bergama

The place is super cozy, feels like a big family house. The staff is very friendly and efficient, they would do anything to make your stay great. The pool area is well kept, they even provide towels for the pool, which is a nice touch. Rooms are simple but clean and well organized. Gardens and terraces are very cute.
You can also have dinner there, which is tasty. Breakfast is amazing too!

Best accommodation we had during our 3 week tour of Turkey. Friendly hosts and lovely breakfast. Perfect for visiting the Akropolis.

This hotel is a hidden gem with a beautiful courtyard garden for relaxing, a pool which children can enjoy, large sized rooms, and very attentive service. We were given a map of Bergama on arrival and offered advice on what sites to visit. The food was delicious. I recommend trying the eggplant, and there the breakfast is plentiful. I hope we can visit again!

Akropolis-Attalos guest house is a wonderful place. There is a lovely courtyard. There are two adjacent buildings both of which look and feel great. The owner is really friendly and accommodating and the people who work there are wonderful. We stayed three nights, it rained a lot but we loved it anyway. We also ate our dinners there, everything was delicious and Murat and Tarık bey were very friendly and nice. It is a very peaceful and well-managed place. Highly recommended!

Stayed here 1 night recently with my wife to see the Pergamum ruins. This place was nice...booked a deluxe suite through Trivago/Orbitz for less than $70 including tax, got the suite with an extra bedroom with 2 twin beds (which we didn't really use) at no extra charge. The place is a true bed and breakfast...it felt like we were staying in a guesthouse in someone's villa. Room was clean, well furnished with antique furniture. Very spacious room and bathroom with large walk-in shower big enough for 2 to shower together comfortably. Nice covered patio in front of 2nd story suite, overlooking courtyard with small pool. Nice ambiance, friendly hosts, although 2 of 3 hosts did not speak but a few words of English. Breakfast was very simple (tea/instant coffee, bread, cheese, boiled egg, sliced tomato, watermelon - no cooking involved)...breakfast could benefit from more variety and flavor. The most inconvenient part was check-in and payment. The host responsible for check-in wanted to keep our passports for a few hours, which I wasn't comfortable with, so we didn't allow that. If you book this place through the internet, you must pay there. Card was possible, but cash was preferred. They took US $, and gave change in lira. 10 minutes walk from gondola to Pergamum ruins, which was nice. In the old part of town, so you get the real feel of the town. Bergama is a nice small town with very friendly and generous people, and is not very touristic like Bodrum, Fethiye, or other places like them. Food and souvenirs are inexpensive compared to more touristic places, so buy what you can here. Overall pleasant experience at the hotel and in Bergama. Do recommend and would stay again.

Has a very nice looking restaurant. And the rooms are also very complete. Is not a Luxury hotel, but very nice and peaceful. The staff is actually very nice and happy. Got a pool.

Not too many things to look around, but there is a historical place very near, at the top of a hill.
