We stayed here as part of a group. Beds were decent. Shower was small but overall ok.
Breakfast was also decent.

this hotel took 45 mins to get our room we already paid for and smelt like straight cigarettes smoke wifi didn’t work and reception was slow as move me 2 times and had to send a technician to fix the ac

Air con didn’t work, smelt like straight cigarettes and the beds felt like rocks. The room was incredibly unappealing and reception somehow managed to give us 2 beds when we orders for 3. I am positive that I will not return ever again.

The hotel is located on the outskirts of the city, about half an hour walk to the city. Nothing in vicinity but a busy road, mosque and lots of traffic. The rooms have seen better days and were quite worn out and semi-dirty/dusty. On the positives the hotel provided slippers which helped to avoid walking on the carpets. Windows were "leaking" air, stench of cigarettes, and noise from outside. Bed was semi hard and the comforter too small for the size of the bed.
Tasty food in the restaurant for dinner, but breakfast a bit of a disappointment with no hot items as scrambled/omlette eggs. There was served soup for breakfast as a one hot dish.

Incredibly weak, basically non-operational wifi. Room smelled vaguely of smoke. Wouldn’t return.

The location is okay not far from the city.

The amenities and cleanliness is very poor toilet and bed sheet are very old. Super old. No refreshment in the room. The only cool thing in the room is the fridge I guess. If you have other choices just go there.

Stayed at this hotel as part of a group trip. Location is near a busy main road, opposite a party venue and not close to the main town of Bergama. Bedrooms and bathrooms are functional - though air con is aged and room had seen better days. Breakfast options were sparse, not even any fruit juice. Evening meal was preset for our group, and desert consisted of a slice of melon. Rooms are located on differing levels, so some lugging of suitcases up and down stairs to get to rooms.

Very poorly maintained.
The edge of the duvet cover is torn. The shower foot towel is tattered. The air conditioner radiators cannot be directed. The sliding balcony door cannot be pushed. The room door cannot be locked from the inside, and the lock does not fit into the slot. There is only one person serving in the breakfast room. The garden area is open for service, but the tables have no tablecloths, no napkin holders, no salt shakers, etc. The floor is littered with cigarette butts. The breakfast is mediocre.

Nice and clean rooms, quiet location
The hotel is nice, with large and clean rooms. The location requires a car to go and visit the area. However you can walk to the nearby shops.
