Reviews
We arrived late on the night of July 19th after a long flight, expecting a clean, welcoming room. Instead, the room looked like it had just been used by someone else – hair all over the floor and bed, wet and dirty towels thrown around, and dust everywhere. The place felt filthy, neglected, and completely unprepared for guests.
We were shocked and immediately asked for a refund. And yes, we did get our money back – but not because the hotel staff tried to fix the issue or even apologized. Instead, they responded with complete arrogance and indifference.
No alternative room, no effort to make things right..
We had to leave in the middle of the night, exhausted, and spent the rest of the night searching for another hotel. Thankfully, we eventually found a clean place with kind and respectful people – the complete opposite of Dantela Butik Hotel.
I feel completely misled by the rating and reviews. This place does NOT deserve 9+ ratings. The service is unprofessional, the cleanliness is unacceptable, and the attitude of the staff is appalling.
Booking.com should seriously reconsider continuing to list this hotel.
I strongly warn others – don’t be fooled by the ratings. AVOID this hotel.
The room I stayed in offered an amazing view. The attention to detail in the room's decor and cleanliness was also impressive, making it a comfortable and inviting space to relax in.
One of the highlights of my stay was the traditional Turkish breakfast. It was an exquisite spread that showcased the rich flavors and culinary traditions of the region. Each morning was a feast of fresh, local ingredients, and it was clear that a lot of love and care went into preparing the meal.
The hotel's ambiance is a perfect blend of local charm and modern comfort. It's the kind of place where you can easily unwind and feel at ease, exploring the beautiful surroundings, or enjoying a quiet moment on your balcony.
Overall, my stay at this hotel was nothing short of wonderful. The combination of outstanding hospitality, breathtaking view, and delicious food made it a memorable experience. I am already looking forward to my next visit and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a truly special getaway.
The hotel was located in a great area right on main road. It was nicely decorated and kept very clean.
Breakfast was olives bread jam tomato salad cheese fried dough and turkish tea. Fruit , ie watermelon, was very rarely provided in the 7 days we were there. They served a scrambled egg portion which was only only enough for one person, we were 2. I bought myself oatmeal, bananas which they did cook for me
I do not drink tea , they did make me one cup of filtered coffee.
Their online stated amenities are not correct. There is not a garden, there is not a roof top balcony and they DO NOT HAVE HOTEL PARKING. Yes the small town allows parking on the streets and there is a small parking lot nearby but it is always full.Daily we drove around and around the tiny streets looking for parking. You need to be an agile driver to navigate this area where cars may park on both sides with north american sized cars/SUVs leaving just enough space for a car to ease by on the one way and TWO way roads.
Their eating establishment is NOT a steak place as in the picture it is a cafe where they serve limited dishes.
The town has many restaurants, shops and walking night life.
We were quite happy at the hotel, it was very comfort ,
the family was very nice and receptive.
Towels were changed daily.
I would recommend you buy your own shampoo as what they proved is useless for cleaning your hair.
And buy a bar of very nice soap from the local shops were they claim it is handmade.
The hotel and the rooms are very clean and well-kept. There is a contact person on site almost around the clock. The owners are lovely and helpful and you feel welcome and at home. Of course, the lovingly prepared breakfast must also be mentioned, which you shouldn't miss. Thank you for the great stay and your friendship!
