Banana Alaçatı Food & Stay - Adults Only in Alacati

Great vibe and very friendly staff. We were really happy when we checked in here, but unfortunately it has to be noted at this incredibly loud restaurant that literally next door that plays very loud music to the point you can't sleep until at least midnight every single night until 1pm too much maybe soundproof your rooms like all hotels we have stayed at across Europe for the last 4 weeks , we stay in many busy nightlife hotspots and never in 20 years of travel have the rooms been so poorly sound treated, its not set up so as guests can rest, your accomodation is advertised as a retreat? Also worth noting when we arrived the music was so loud that we couldn't rest and we mentioned it sent several emails and eventually they turned it down to an a reasonable level, I very rarely write reviews good or bad but it has to be said don't for what they advertise as a "peaceful wellness retreat". No its not a night club but the rooms are not sound treated as all other places we have stayed are late night I suggest you invest in some double glazed windows problem solved. We travel in Europe every summer and in all the places we have stayed sorry this was by far the noisiest we have ever experienced. Trust we like to party like anyone I even have owned night clubs and live music venues. Again get some soundproof windows like most places in Europe now offer to combat late night noise. If I was your manager I would have simply apologised, to make it worse when at 12pm we asked if there was a quieter room, the staff member laughed and asked if " we liked the music" ?? We own and operate 6 accomodations homes ourselves and have never in 20 years of travel stayed anywhere so noisy, I wouldnt complain if it wasnt the honest truth, besides that issue lovely place and staff, if you cant take some honest feedback then thats shame and also be careful as they try and bribe you with a free cocktail in exchange for positive reviews here and on Instagram. They come across as being all about positive hippyesque energy and vibes but it comes across as pretentious and fake. Sleep deprivation is not a yoga move lift your game guys thats all :) just fix the problems make some rooms that are sound proofed so if guests wish to sleep before 12-1am they can super easy, you made us feel like we were complaining unfairly but in all our travels through Spain, Greece, Italy, Portugal, France and more never had to ask to have the privilege to want to sleep before midnight and then have staff laugh at us. You guys need to do better and marek my word how many of your great reviews came from "free cocktails" ? that is borderline fraudulent we have photos this solicit on your menus and may report this further, at no stage did anyone apologise or offer even a solution.
